Holy Shit cook county became expensive to live in with the new property taxes. 56.97 % of it going to the schools. Just doesn’t seem right.

That's the problem. No one ever believes it will turn socialist or communist. History always repeats itself. Americans have become complacent protecting what we had. We really never had to fight for anything in a long time. Now young kids have been turned into little socialists.

Part of your property taxes go to the "schools". Seems CPS employees took junket vacations expensed to taxpayers for trips to South Africa, Egypt, Estonia and Finland improving those math and reading scores of the children. Get this, a principal and his wife arrived two days early for a "educators" conference only to be overbilled and left before the conference began. Thank CPS and the taxpaying chumps who foot the bill. Property tax taxes are sky high and soon to be in outer space as "educators" have a gay ol' time taking in the sights and living a lavish lifestyle on someone else's dime. Wonder if their names will get published and they take a 365 day suspension for fiscal malfeasance after repaying the taxpayers with the expense, fines and accumulated interest. Or will this drag on hoping law abiding citizens forget. Read on...

Any company that makes you pay for your own company Christmas party is not a company worth working for. I have never ever worked anyplace that demanded money for a Christmas party. How do u know he “booted” him? Maybe he chose 1st watch for family reasons? Maybe he filled out his slip wrong? Or maybe he wasn’t staying on top of things the way a Lt on management should to keep the spot. Just like PO’s, Lts are management also and need to earn their spots.
