More Charges for Puncher
Hard to believe no one has shot this asshole:
A man accused of being one of the “Loop Punchers” — a group of unrelated men known for randomly attacking women on Chicago’s streets — is now charged with assaulting two more victims. William Livingston, 32, is already in custody awaiting trial for allegedly attacking and seriously injuring a woman in the Loop on August 19. Police say he has a long history of similar assaults.
According to Chicago police, investigators recently linked Livingston to two additional random attacks that occurred on June 12 in the 2700 block of North Clark Street, where a 40-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman were both targeted. Prosecutors have charged him with two counts of aggravated battery in a public place.
We were just about to say, if the previous States Attorney was pushing for felony charges on a root beer moistening just because it happened "on the public way," then these women getting punching in the head on the public way was at least deserving of similar consideration.
Good to see some consistency finally.
CWB has video of at least one of the attacks, for which they had bring legal pressure to get the city to release.

A photo array of those on the receiving end of this puncher would provide clues as to why it has not received a counter punch of pistol caliber in response.

What are you talking about? Sun Times says O’Connor tried to provide a means of lowering tensions on the scene. I wasn’t on the scene so I don’t know what happened and don’t believe anything the Sun Times says but it really does say o’Connor did anything wrong.

I remember seeing a woman sitting on the ground crying with blood pouring out of her nose around 2700 N. Clark. I'll bet she was one of this socio-economic's victims.
He's not crazy enough to pick on somebody who might fight back. There's another video of a couple street kids on bikes giving him a hard time for being the "puncher" and he just sort of takes the abuse and walks away.
If it was determined that all of his victims were white, would he be charged with hate crimes?

Liberals voted for it, who cares? Hand them a vin, do a "flash message and search" for the guy, get your lunch and write a report. Every time you arrest someone, unless its a murder, they're going to be released until 2 years later when the trial makes it through the system. By that time the victim doesn't care anymore and it gets dropped. Thats how this guy and guys like him have rapsheets 20 pages long with 1 or 2 convictions. Let the libs get what they vote for, just make sure your family knows how bad it is out there.
I watched the victims on channel 7 talk about their brutal experience with this asshat. All seemed concerned about the off.'s mental health. I dealt with this prick years ago on the red and blue lines. Loud mouth, ignorant mental. Never messed with men.
