NYPD Shootout
With as many cameras as there are in the big blue $hithole cities, we don't see nearly the amount of footage that the cameras capture, probably because it makes the police look like they aren't the problem:
Chilling surveillance footage captured the “Wild West” moment an NYPD cop shot a gun-toting maniac who allegedly fired at officers after threatening to shoot up Mount Sinai Hospital.
The tense clip showed the gunman – 20-year-old Elijah Brown – holding his weapon in his hand as he casually walked on Madison Avenue between East 95th and 96th streets late Thursday after telling a bodega worker he planned to riddle the hospital with bullets.
As cops approached Brown, he suddenly whipped around and fired at the officers – prompting at least one to return fire from the street, the footage shows.
Hell, it even shows the officers rushing up after shooting the offender and rendering immediate first aid. Nothing wrong with this shooting which is probably why the NY Post is covering it and nobody else is giving it much airplay.

This is another example of a misplaced society——mandating the rendering of aid to a person that just tried to kill you.
What the heck are they putting into the water in NYC.
In the rules of land warfare you can continue to engage an enemy until you pass his position, then you must stop shooting him. The trick is to put at least on through his head as you pass. There is no reason to render aid.
You coppers should have the same right. He shot at a cop on the way to shoot up a hospital and should be considered too dangerous to live among us. You don’t “shoot to wound” when a tiger escaped the zoo.
At least a half dozen lefty counselors will give their lives before any changes are even considered.

I remember the day at Bragg when a guy showed up for an IPSC shoot with a Glock. The men with the 5K guns and years of training laughed and laughed. Hell, they loved clearing stove pipes.
Then the guy with the Glock absolutely destroyed the course record.

A bit off topic but, I recall maybe about 8 or 9 years ago when the NY Post was sold in the Chicagoland area. I bought it every day. Its sports section alone, was worth it and it put the Tribune and S/T's sports section to shame. It's, by far, the best daily newspaper in the country. I guess it didn't sell as well as the Post hoped, and now I have to read it online. It's the first source of news I wake up to. I wish it would come back to Chicago, if for no other reason, to finally put the final nail in the coffin of the S/T.
I'd take a 1911 .45 pistol any day over a Tupperware gun, Heck I've carried an Sig Sauer P220(.45) for the last 20 years, have never had any issues. Obviously Shitavious did NOT practice with his 1911, which is a good thing for the good guys.
It's an obvious display of excessive force by the officers
involved and should result in both of them being charged with the murder of an innocent youth of color. The officers made no attempt to deescalate an obviously mentally distressed subject by engaging him with less lethal methods such as verbal judo or the deployment of tasers pending approval by supervisory personnel. The murdered subject was obviously forced into a defensive mode after being intimidated by the armed officers in a obtrusive manner. There appears to be a racial element to this incident since the offender is a person of color and the officers involved did not have the cultural capacity to understand the cultural distress that people of color may experience. The Mayor of your fine city frequently addresses this type of mental distress amongst persons of color. I, the new Communist Mayor Elect of New York am requesting assist from various COPA personnel as well as announcing the hiring of former Vook County States Attorney Kimm Fuxx to assist the City of New York in our efforts to find justice for this safety challenged individual of color by the obvious racist policing in our city...and please remember:
DEFUND THE POLICE.

Then, county tax rate determined by county total tax funded budget adjusted to result in number $ = said budget amount.
