She Lied?

Really? A democrat DEI judge lied?

  • More than a year after Cook County Judge Tyria B. Walton said Chicago police threatened her following her acquittal of Whitley Temple, official records show no evidence that an investigation was ever conducted.

Temple, a former aide to Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, was acquitted after allegedly stealing a police officer’s squad car while naked and nearly running him over.

Temple was released under court-supervised mental health treatment extending through 2029. No agency has confirmed an investigation, and the Chief Judge’s Office has not issued a comment.

An anonymous Chicago police officer who reviewed the case said the lack of records raises questions about Walton’s claims.

Go read the entire article - it's a blow-by-blow account of Cook County Criminal Court corruption.

We (and many others) said this many times - if there was an actual threat made on a judge, there is Cook County Sheriff protocol in place - in place for years now - regarding reporting and protecting the judiciary. Part of the protection would include informing nearly half-a-dozen investigatory agencies, including CPD, IAD, COPA, ISP and assorted federal agencies.

None of that ever happened.

What did happen was DEI Walton accusing the blog of publishing her address, which never happened either. She was obviously just lashing out at the well deserved scorn she was receiving for her DEI verdict and mental health "findings" on Whitley Temple (still Whitley Temple so far) without any basis in fact.

But you'll never see a single media tool or Machine politician call to hold a DEI judge accountable for (A) bad decisions or (B) unqualified behavior. Being unqualified is what got her appointed to the position in the first place - she does what she's told.

Judge Walton needs to be taken off the bench. This is just unacceptable behavior by a judge. She is now disgraced.

It would seem that the lack of truthfulness would impeach the credibility of this jurist. Hence all her work decisions can not be trusted as fair and truthful. Therefore she should be fired, sued, charged criminally.
Can't have a member of the court lie now w can we?

Rumor on the street is that a couple of crack Detectives may have developed information of who the “offender” or “offenders” may be in this case. Of course at this point it’s very very early. What do you think are the chances that the honorable Judge is going to cooperate?

She might have to provide access to her phone records, email and other correspondence. Since this is such a serious matter she surely will stand up for the integrity of the judiciary. The Cook County Chief Judge’s Office will insist she cooperate I would think.

Her bio states she was an assistant public defender in Cook County for over twenty years and she served as a "block club organizer" in the Englewood community. One has to wonder if she is independent of political voices given lady justice wears a blindfold. Even Ray Charles can see this judicial robe has a political bias and she has failed to respect the rule of law with her democrat machine dictated impartiality. No justice, no peace.

Does anyone have a copy of Tyria B. Walton's opinion and rulings on this case in a print form? Or is such legal scholarly writings over her pay grade? Maybe a special counsel should be appointed with a blue ribbon panel of progressive lawyers can shed light or sunshine into dark democrat party politics and personal associations by the defendant with entrenched ranking officials from Cook County. Many have questions of political profiling and biased based judicial outcomes. Has the robed Tyria B. Walton treated all victims as human beings and interacted with all members before the bench in an unbiased, fair, and respectful manner within the context of her training techniques and established legal ethical standards? Let see here, the defendant had worked on a high ranking political campaign getting paid and is employed in government earning loyalty points. Therefore, the defendant is eligible for preferential democrat pre-arranged judicial decisions. So it seems.

Problem judges are nothing new in Cook County. A little history about corruption in the court system from the "good old days."

You can't despise the left enough...it is a mob of liars and cheaters who take care of each other. The officers should sue the judge for the comments she made and be held personally liable.

Vilifying the police is a democrat, progressive extremist dog whistle. This exonerates her any wrongdoing by the left who gets the message she is on our side or an activist for the left.

Will someone explain to me why all the elected judges have a (D) after their name. Seems like a monopoly. Its authoritarian not a representative democracy. And why are these bar associations judge shopping putting in their own biases rating those judges whom they alone deem favorable. Are the judges who run the court system exercising coercive power on behalf of the politicians while serving on the bench? Inquiring minds would like to know.

From your 1984 link...
And in the end—through undercover operations that used honest and very courageous judges and lawyers posing as crooked ones and with the strong assistance of the Cook County court and local police—92 officials were indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, eight policemen, 10 deputy sheriffs, eight court officials, and one state legislator. Nearly all were convicted, most of them pleading guilty. It was an important first step to cleaning up the administration of justice in Cook County.
