Parolee Crime

  • A man on parole for armed robbery is accused of raping and robbing a Lakeview woman he followed home from a Wicker Park bar over the weekend.

Alexander Carter, 46, was sentenced in 2005 to 25 years in prison for armed robbery, aggravated battery with a weapon and aggravated unlawful restraint, court records show. He was released on parole in June.

Carter was back in court Tuesday — this time on allegations he raped a 24-year-old Lakeview woman he first met at Nick's Beer Garden late Saturday.
And word from the street is that one of the two homicides this past weekend was committed by....ANOTHER PAROLEE! That "empty the jails" and "don't charge anyone with crime" strategy is sure paying dividends.

Here is an idea, all those JAGOFF lawyers that make a living suing the police department and officers how about you actually start suing the Illinois Department of Corrections and the individual parole officers and the Governor for failing to protect the citizens of this county and state

It's like they-- the democrats did back in the day 1960s when they closed the state run mental institutions--- citing that the mentally ill would be happier out side--- in reality they became homeless and did like rabbits do--- so today, we are dealing with their kids, and grandkids--- yay

Remember when candidate Bruce Rauner said he would be tough on crime? It is evident that the IL DOC and the Parole Board are on Rauner's radar.

The "overcrowded prisons" myth that everybody -- including RINOs, "conservatives" and the usual pack of libtards -- has bought into is completely false.

No one asks the basic questions:

If prisons are overcrowded, why has Illinois actually been closing them (Tamms, Thomson, Dwight)?

If it's so expensive to run prisons, why did Illinois spend billions and build 2 state of the art prisons (Tamms, Thomson) only to shut them down or never even open them?

Maybe it's all a master plan. Maybe Preckwinkle really isn't a racist pig, maybe Foxx isn't really as dumb as air. It seems letting these guys out, or not charging them at all, is leading to their deaths. So, in a way, they are getting rid of a lot of criminals without having to house them or go to trial. Hopefully they all off themselves before the next generation of thug comes into age. It's ingenious! (deep sarcasm implied)

Ask retailers how Kim Foxx's "I'm not going to prosecute shoplifters anymore" policy is going. Shoplifters are brazenly now just walking in and taking anything they want as long as its under $1000 and/or they have fewer than 10 felony convictions.

Ask victims of violent crime how Kim Foxx's "I'm not going to prosecute violations of parole anymore". The streets are running red with blood and women are being raped by parolees.

It's as if the world was turned upside down overnight. No one as paying attention as the Preckwinkle/Foxx cabal was taking over the criminal justice system. And now we see the results.

It won't be long before the exodus of law abiding people grows. Why continue to live and pay taxes in Chicago, Cook County or Illinois for that matter?

OK, let me get this straight, a cop makes a questionable decision in a split second and he is open to lawsuit after lawsuit as well as loss of pension and possibility of jail.... A judge, elected representative, community organizer, attorney general as well as US president make comments or judgements that are "TOTALLY OFF COLOR" (PUN INTENDED) that cause civil unrest, death's of innocent people and loss of property and liberty and what is their penalty, what is their responsibility...... They have "NO RESPONSIBILIT FOR THEIR STUPIDITY!", oh wait, that's right, the press rewards them for their incompetence and they get reappointed and re-elected......

Here is a thought nobody could have ever heard of or it would be done already.
Why don't we keep them in prison?

Cops have already caught the criminals, most of them several times. The problem is that the politicians and judges keep letting them out of prison (as long as there is money to be made and elections to win by doing so).

Gee, maybe it is time to stop voting for and funding DEMOCRATS....and stop funding those who do so (like UNIONS).

– I'd bet the "retired" obama 'chef' of staff could beat Rahm.
Takes a Democrat least $20 million worth of liberal donors for a Primary run and another $25 mil for the General.
Part of the Dem strategy is to flood the ticket and force an expensive run-off with other Dem-people's money.

A decent Republican can get by and do it for $100,000.
