Shots Fired At Police
- Two people were being questioned after shots were fired upon Chicago police officers Monday night on the West Side.
No one was wounded by the gunfire.
It started about 8:05 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Troy Street in the city's Lawndale neighborhood, police said.
After firing, the assailants got into a vehicle and fled, leading police, including a department helicopter, on a brief chase onto the Eisenhower Expressway and then I-55 where they were brought into custody, according to police.
Multiple guns recovered. Be very very careful boys and girls.

When assailant(s) got into a vehicle and flee, they should be deemed unarrestable. CPD your "betters" keep saying that a vehicle is not dangerous. Anticipate them telling you that a vehicle is a "safe zone", as safe as Padre Pfleuger's sanctuary, so just stop arresting perps in their perpmobiles.
When the Alder critters finally decide to act on this infringement of sanctuary by the heartless CPD it isn't going to go down easy for you

But a chase can begin on 290 and end on I-55 after traveling on 94 between the two.

I was driving inbound 290 coming from the academy and saw a marron Nissan marono fly past me on the inside shoulder. When he flew past me the driver almost lost it. He then jumped three lanes to the left and went downtown. When I made my way to 55 south I saw him again zoom past me at a high rate of speed. He was being followed by at leaste 40 marked and unmarked squad cars including state. They finally came to a stop on Pulaski rd. Good job boys and girls. Job well done!!!

Funny how the offender was cought on hd video discharging a firearm into a moving vehicle during rush hour on a major thorough fare in this fine city last January. Now very bright are you? As you quote a brief chase from 290 to I-55. The merge is what a 1/2 a mile from 290. then again you think the word TO means intersect.
