I hate to say it, but I love the smell of napalm in the morning, and a close second is smokeless powder after a drive-by on the westside. Coupled that with screams of "tell me it's not my baby", "Oh Lord, Oh Lord", well you get the picture, but this fucked up Mayor doesn't. The world is Amazed that in the 21st Century, a major American city can have over 100 people shot on one holiday weekend. People are canceling vacations to Paris and London over the terror there. Yet in one month Chicago can equal or exceed the death figure for most recent Terrorist Acts in Europe and the U.S..Hell, put it in perspective: the massacre at the Pulse in Florida was 49 dead and 53 wounded; we exceeded those figures in June!(77 killed, over 300 wounded.) What co AND WHY DO WE TOLERATE IT, BY NOT HOLDING ELECTED OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE FOR FAILING TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC? Or is it O.K. because most of the victims are Black or Brown? Where is the Outrage?
