Someone recalculated the crime in Englewood in light of recent events:
- Every time ex-Commander Johnson fraudulently cashed a Social Security check that counts as a financial crime - so that's 23 years times 12 months: 276 additional crimes
- Every time ex-Commander Johnson entered the boundaries of 007 with a pocketful of stolen money, that's Possession of Stolen Propoerty. Figure 2 years, 250 days a year is another 500 counts added to Englewood totals.

Not a word in the media about how multiple "merit" appointees end up in scandals or jail at a rate that almost matches aldercreatures.

The 5th season of The Wire was really spot on about how journalism is in the toilet. The Chicago media is predominantly made up of a bunch of limp wristed milksops that for the most part have no real life experience and are not nearly as smart as they think they are.
Actually, if the media were real journalists they'd be asking Rham about this but they won't because they are spineless. It starts in school, the left has control of the education system. Journalism students aren’t taught to be fact finders, but are schooled in shaping the news to fit the leftist template to further an agenda.

Happened to know the twins from many years ago, then learned from a former (white now dead neighbor of 1 of them) that "he" was a animal abuser. One of them had a dog that he left outside in all kinds of weather and the neighbors would toss food and water to the animal. Me too. Screw the Obama library and put the museum for Illinois crooks there. So much more interesting and would also draw tourism all around the world. Whoever suggested it should patent that idea.

Ed Johnson was informed about this months ago and was given a heads-up by the feds of the lending indictment. supt Johnson called in K. Johnson to HQ a few months ago and allowed him to retire.

What probably happened; when his mother was alive they had a joint bank account and she had her money direct deposited but when she died he supposed to contact social security to inform them of her death but like a lot of people do he decided to collect a “couple of more checks” then when he got away with it he decided to let it continue until social security stopped it which they didn’t. I don’t think he had to sign any papers to prove that she was still alive.
But when someone conducted an audit at the social security office either because of her age or lack of seeking medical attention that she should have received for her age they conduced a check and determined she was deceased. At this point they determined how much money was given out since her death then check the bank account to see if it was active and who is on that account then they check the activity and when the amounts in the account do not match the amount of money that was distributed to the receipant then they look at the account activity and at that point they know who and how the money was withdrawn and they got the offender dead to rights.
No matter what this crook says they got him by the short hairs, not only he has to repay the money social security placed in the account he will do jail time because of his profession and his position in his possession. Now about his pension, it’s up to the pension board whether they take it because he did commit felony theft for many years while employed by the police department.

Not true. Just being employed by the CPD does not decide on the pension. The felony has to be job related for you to lose your pension

Doesn’t work like that. Has to be convicted of a job related felony to lose the pension. He retired to keep his pension and he sure wouldn’t be pleading guilty if it meant he would lose his pension
He wasn’t even inducted, they signed some type of agreement it’s all been worked out
