In a series of stunning revelations made under oath, former Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx said last month that she personally believed two exonerated men whose certificates of innocence were not opposed by her administration were, in fact, guilty of “a heinous act of murder.”
One of those two men recently reached a wrongful conviction settlement with the city of Chicago so large that it is awaiting City Council approval. The man accused of being his accomplice is preparing to take his lawsuit to a federal jury next week.
Are you fucking kidding us? She's admitting she enabled the grift?
This is legal malfeasance of the highest order.
Crimesha ought to be paying out of pocket for what taxpayers are on the hook for. She had a legal and ethical obligation to prosecute criminals AND defend those convictions, especially if she believed the offenders to be guilty.
She certainly shouldn't be practicing law ever again - and never from the bench as the rumors about her being in line for a judge spot keep popping up.

Her admission should be nothing new. Remember when she left county government to run for the SAO she spent “some time “ at a plaintiff’s firm. They introduced her to all the money folks that continue to make the wheels of “justice “ spin for the Democratic Party. I realize that sometimes (many times) the Feds just let these commie crap-hole cites wallow in their own filth, but it would be nice, once in a while, if they actually did something to help clean-up cook county. You also have to blame the people around her who implemented these "policies." Look to her First Assistant, Chief of Criminal Division and others. But, again no consequences.
According to the article, she chose to speak "off the cuff", much to her handlers' dismay. She also expressed annoyance and offense when questioned about her handling of the Jussie Smollett "MAGA attack" hoax.
This is the same Kim Foxx who took 2 million in PAC money from George Schwartz a.k.a. George Soros. So did so many top prosecuting attorneys across the country. Remember, George Soros (D-Financier) was a cooperating human source for the gestapo during Ilhan Omar's (D-Little Somalia) identified World War 1, identifying assets such as artwork, stock certificates, bank accounts, stashes of diamonds of the Eastern European Jewry to be liquidated for the nazi cause. And to think this war criminal Soros has so much modern day influence with America's prosecuting attorneys and democrat politicians across the country. We see how ethically challenged S/A Foxx is and remember birds of a "get rich" legal feather flock in tilted courts together. We all know of the government subsidized corruption in Minn., Cal, Ohio, N.J. and New York. Soros runs a lot of government funded NGOs, protesters in left leaning causes and non profits nationwide all of whom launder money back to the democrat party. Soros was brought up to be a righteous person when it doesn't involve power or money. One has to wonder how much influence Soros and his collaborating clan have bought with prosecutors and politicians alike never having an probe or curiosity into the his many NGO's use of government funds given all the never before recently exposed government funding fraud and abuse at learing centers, hospice facilities, Medicaid billing, etc. Not a single Soros sponsored prosecutor, nor IRS auditing mechanisms or even eyebrows raised from a suspicious activity report from banks could detect, unmask and expose the obvious massive nationwide frauds. And lets not forget, excessive payouts from wrongful convictions has fueled a legal industry making lots of ethical, moral and just attorneys rich in a form of collusion starting with the activist judge down to the legal aid clinic all of who make this all possible. Money makes the world (and legal system) go round.

Next week in Federal Court the City of Chicago is defending a 12 million law suit in which a woman was convicted of killing two parents and kidnapping an infant and young boy and telling her relatives she just gave birth to the infant she went to prison but the case was reversed and now wants 12 million

Fraud come in all forms. Being paid by the taxpayers and not protecting the money "donated in taxes for the use and benefit of the City of Chicago and county of Cook". Not only failing to do so but encouraging, by fraud, to spend additional money to her sponsors. Seems like a Democrat epidemic even more costly than the Bullshit Covid-19.
