Oh No, Snow!?!
The media is getting ready to start with the "climate" crap again:
A big pattern change is on the way for the United States with a blast of Arctic air set to bring a first taste of winter to millions.
It all starts this weekend as a cold front allows December-like air from near the North Pole to start spreading into the northern US. This front will push farther south and east through the weekend, and temperatures could drop 10 to 15 degrees below normal almost everywhere east of the Rockies by Sunday night.
This is going to be a three day event (if that) before everything reverts to seasonal norms again. If you've been in Chicago for any length of time, you know it has snowed as late as May and as early as October. Seasonally, it's been as little as a foot to well over a dozen. It's all part of midwestern living. Calm down.

I remember several times when it snowed while I was trick-or-treating.
Heat cranking windows down still always is the way .
Asshole reporters will be perched above the Kennedy screwing up traffic like they always do. So glad I retired to Florida… altho they do the same for hurricane season. They have to stay relevant somehow.
To the mainstream media, every raindrop is a hurricane, and every snowflake is a blizzard! Weather panic is their bread and butter! If nothing else is going on in the news, watch all the locals freak out like it's the end of the world!

I am going to unnecessarily drive my car around the block a few more times before I park just to piss of the climate wierdos and hopefully make this winter a little less cold than normal.
At least crime should go down with the lousy weather this weekend.

Years ago, the "meteorologist" proudly exclaimed "well, it gets them to watch the late news." It does? You look at your phone and go to sleep. Don't need the local media narrative, spin, fake laughing or rolling the eyes. I did notice easily a few planes with trails this morning. Cloud seeding? (Oh wait, the government says that's a conspiracy theory, but Covid wasn't, 51 General signing a document against Trump, etc....)
Will enjoy the Arctic Blast, the Alberta Clipper or rains from Hurricane Brandon. Ugh! "Let's Go Brandon! Geez!

Who doesn’t love this dark and cool/cold weather? Don’t we work and work a lot? Isn’t the summer more violent and chaotic? I truly believe people (folks) in our circles claiming to love summer are either lying or their on the medical.
Nobody with a job likes summer only the unemployed and kids like summer. They don’t know better.
No thank you to the snow.
