Former fbi director James Comey's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the current charges against him, calling them political weaponization.
The DoJ filed an extensive reply including this exhibit:
That's a memo, in Comey's handwriting, on fbi letterhead, confirming the veracity numerous e-mails (which were also included as exhibits) about HRC campaign manufacturing the Russia hoax and Comey's appointee meeting with and leaking classified info to the media.
This memo and the emails directly contradict testimony before Congress - each one a felony. The corruption demonstrated in these documents is astounding to say the least.

In Jun of 2024 James "Cardinal" Comey was interviewed on "Inside with Jen Psaki" program (Biden's ex press secretary who looked like a Raggedy Ann doll and whenever she did not want. to answer a reporter's question she would say I 'll circle back to you). She asked if Trump was sent to prison, how would the prison be able to handle that. Comey said they would just put him in a double wide out near the fence. He would eat, shower and exercise there away from
the general population. Comey said it's obviously doable!
Psaki was a rude, obnoxious person who lied for Biden who was comatose. And what's "obviously doable" is putting Comey in the general population of one of the most notorious prisons filled with illegals and gang members considering he is an evil pompous traitor.

Back a few years ago we had former FBI guys running CPD. One FBI joker during a investigation stated to me, " It is what it is. " when I asked what evidence did he have regarding the matter? His reply was, " we don't need any evidence only an allegation."

Come on. The only ones convicted in federal court nowadays are conservative white males. And cops. Especially cops.
If prosecutions were done now, the liberal judges would stymie the cases. Trump must wait until after the midterm elections and have control of both houses so that these judges who are now revealing themselves will be impeached and replaced by judges who will see justice. Be patient if the midterms are taken by the Republicans in a landslide we will see indictments and convictions.
