Logical Conclusion
That post we had up yesterday about the Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability wanting to outlaw traffic stops for so-called "minor" offenses? Something became crystal clear to us yesterday.
We haven't completely lost our street awareness as we sail off into retirement and we noticed a lot of cars on the road that have no front or rear license plates....and no temp tags. Back in the day, that was an automatic stop and a couple of movers. But now?
The CCPSA doesn't want you pulling over people (or folks) for no plates. And even if you tried to pull someone over, the number of persons fleeing and eluding has skyrocketed....and the Department has decreed you can't chase.
Not only that, but the car is now unidentifiable by cameras and plate readers, meaning there is no incentive to comply with licensing or registration requirements demanded by State Law and City Ordinance.
You park that car in a garage and it's pretty much invisible from any sort of ticketing, towing and impounding. And that means even less revenue into city coffers.
We might have to try not registering one of our cars, ditch the plates, drive like an asshole through red light/speed camera zones and refuse to pull over should we be observed by CPD and hide the car in the garage when not needed.
It's already happening elsewhere.

This is for anyone who’s retired … if ur still paying for a city sticker ur an idiot !!! No one’s checking for that shit anymore ! Lazy mfers who hate to write movers but will spend the same amout of time filling out a blue card... oh yea yea .. you hate traffic court thats why you dont write movers, yet most t stops you could write a parker for .. or how about this, stop the right cars where the court date would be at 26 and cal or skokie and not traffic court. Anyone can stop enough cars in the ghetto and eventually get a gun or some dope, but learn your craft and you wont have to make that many traffic stops to get a felony court date.
Not sure who is worse, the dei merit bosses or the dei police officers they hired who were test failures who got as many chances they needed to pass tests in the academy to "graduate".

I can no longer pull vehicles over for a missing plate, but I can damn sure hammer them with parking tickets for a missing pkate. Two tickets= 1 boot. Problem solved.
I've said it before but it bears repeating. Our politicians and courts are not only criminal sympathizers but active accomplices at this point. They are absolutely no different from getaway drivers and money launderers. What to do? "Look, Laugh, Leave".
I'd try not registering my car except I do 99.99% of my business outside the city limits, hell, outside the county limits. So, I don't think I'll take that chance.
How many stolen or car jacked vehicles are out there with no plates on? Those same vehicles are being used to commit other crimes like drive by shootings and armed robbery, but yeah , it’s a bull shit compliance violation so don’t even look in the direction of that car. Insanity!
yup driving home from my daughters I noticed a large white van, no plates, no city sticker and a sketchy driver with his head on a swivel at the light.........

Can’t wait until the inspector walks the lot and tries to hit Officers with discipline for expired (plates/city stickers/plate covers, etc.). Gonna tell them that the public isn’t held accountable so he can go pound sand.

Just ask the so-called leaders of the Black community. They will tell you drivers licenses, license plates, insurance, and basically most traffic laws are something initiated by White people. The Black community should not have to follow those antiquated, racist laws. Yes, they really say that.
The city finance department should just stake out basketball courts. And have a "boot" truck in the area after a few days. Problem solved! :)
Can you still write those cars 'parking tickets' for those violations, if you find them parked?
