Contrarian Poll
The Contrarian commissioned a survey recently, and the results were pretty much along the lines of what you'd expect if you pay attention to the political atmosphere these days:
The 2026 election cycle is certain to reshape Illinois politics. When Senator Richard Durbin announced in April he would step down after serving five terms, a rare release valve for political ambition blew open. Four congressional seats are now up for grabs, Governor J.B. Pritzker is eyeing an unprecedented third term with Christian Mitchell on the ticket, and all signs point to Representative Margaret Croke preparing for a run at statewide office as comptroller.
The March Democratic primary will effectively determine the winner in the November general elections, and the races will be flush with hundreds of millions in spending. Nevertheless, while most of the state unwinds after the March primaries, Chicago’s most important election will still be undecided: The race for president of the Chicago School Board. Chicago Contrarian commissioned a poll with M3 Strategies between 24-26 July on this consequential election. Considering the tumult in CPS and the current budget gap CPS is confronting, Contrarian believed it was essential to measure public opinion over this election, which is certain to shape the future of Chicago’s public schools.

Mayor Conehead...
Polls mean nothing....I have a pen.
The mayor and his backers need to save their money for when his term ends.
Hope it shows in the next election results

See our wonderful Congresswoman Delia Ramirez speaking in Mexico City said the following:
""I'm a proud Guatemalan before I'm an American,"
She is an anchor baby. Both parents are illegal. Maybe Tom Homan can help her family return to their homeland.
Bad poll numbers are meaningless. It will come down to color and how commie can you be. The winners will be some black guys, some brown guys, and some crazy white women with red shirts and hairy armpits. Shitcago can’t get better.
People have short memories. They have forgotten Covid and re-elected Pig-ster in Ilinois. Others, locally, nationally. One can only hope. It's you or I with a brain vs. others on the public dole who want to feed at the teet of the government.
The trouble - as always - is getting the disaffected voters out to the polls to cast the ballots that might effect actual change.
Gift cards to JJ's Fish and chicken may be the solution.
and a recent poll of the cemetery reveals a 100% democRATic vote
The biggest problem is about a quarter of the registered voters show up to vote. Chicago really has no redeeming qualities it seems.
And yet the CTU is preparing to spend millions getting Conehead re elected. With Chicago's pathetic voter turnout it just may be entirely possible. Chicago elections have subverted the will of the people for decades. Thats why they call it a machine...
Suburban young adults who still use their parents suburban address for insurance purposes could sway an election or two. Thousnads of them do not vote in city elections.
The BIGGEST problem with any election is the extremely low voter turn out. A lot of people like to bitch, but can’t seem to muster the energy to try to do anything about it !
Also most people vote along party lines no matter what, even if they don’t like the specific candidate. Along as they have the right letter next to their name, then they got to be better than the alternative. How else could PIGster get re-elected after his hypocritical covid lockdowns.
It doesn't matter. They will simply find another Chucklehead.
3.5/10 voters... THAT'S the problem!
That’s the difference with today’s immigrants- both illegal and legal…no interest in assimilation or what they offer here. Honestly, I’m for doing away with dual citizenship. It would solve a lot of problems.
Yes, it possesses no redeeming values. On the other hand, it is loaded with negative qualities, flaws and faults. This does not include the graft, corruption, lies, deceit and Chicago media collusion with the Democrats. Chicago remains the Midwest shit stain and a national laughingstock.
Imagine every single registered voter casts a ballot.
Of what effective value is that, when there are no non grifters listed on the ballot as a candidate?
None.
All grifters.
Especially for Primaries.
Which, for Chicago, is really the only election that matters.
the left, liberals, and current demo-idiots will keep pulling the d lever.. things will never change here
