Good News on the COVID Front
A jury has awarded a former CTA employee $425,000 in damages.
Kevin McCormick sued after he claimed he has been discriminated against when he was fired after refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine. He claimed he did so due to his sincerely held religious beliefs and that he was denied a religious exemption.
The jury agreed with that, and on Friday awarded McCormick compensatory damages in the amount of $425,000.
Possibly the first of many such judgements against a near-bankrupt city.
How many lawsuits and grievances do Officers have against the City? Firefighters? Or any city employee who dared to exercise bodily autonomy against the fascist overreach of Groot for what turned out to be a fake vaccine?

What I did was I uploaded the portal with a “recent” test but it was the same test being used over and over again I would just change the background: table top, counter top, sink etc… after a few weeks I would stretch it to two weeks then three weeks then eventually I stopped doing it and I was never asked about it and here we are today.
Can’t believe you all kneeled down and did it when all it took was a little ingenuity to get around it.
Reminder: retired Canine Handler Glenn Popeila has obtained the templates used by the City when they arbitrarily decided who got a religious exemption and who didn’t. He also obtained the numbers of exemptions granted to each city agency which proved CPD employees were discriminated against. He has offered to provide these documents to attorneys representing city workers suing the city and to sit for interviews and depositions if requested. I won’t provide his number here, but if you need to contact him regarding this, ask around I’m sure you’ll be able to get his number as he knows a ton of people.
This might set some kinda precedent… guys who bought into J-Kittys “Hold The Line” stunt and went into a no pay status after being denied an exemption may want to contact the law firm which represented this guy. Not to mention those who felt compelled to quit the job rather than take the poison jab after not securing their exemption.
It’s time they to bury it balls deep in the city’s ass, folks. Ideally, some Bossholes who participated in the stripping and firing process will also be pursued civilly for punitive damages by coppers who got screwed.
There were three qualities of those who took the jab(s):
Those who chose to, out of trusting the 'science', out of fear, out of naivete', out of faith in the intrinsic honesty of humans, etc..
Those who submitted to this because of threats to employments, student enrollments, pediatrician insistences, admission to hospitals, etc..
Those who did so because Trump said it should not be compelled upon anyone, by anyone, aka, the looney toonies of political insanities.
The equation of 'everthing is a catalyst for something' rings so true on this, as on so many other sequences of activities.

What about the people who were forced to take the fake vaccine or be fired? They should be entitled to damages.

Not a cop, the social and employment pressure to get the poison potion was enormous. When fearless leader Biden got it we were ordered to take it. Wtf ! They even talked about cutting off s.s. to seniors who didn't submit. Seems everyone has forgotten about that terrible year. How about making a few dozen examples and go after supervisors, whether retired or still active, PUNITIVELY? There’s countless PO’s who were put into a no-pay status, denied religious exemptions, disciplined for portal noncompliance and several who caved and took that poison against their will as a last resort after being targeted by this administration.
It’s way past time to return the favor and stick it balls deep into the asses of those who tormented the good men and women on this job who wanted nothing more to have the same “my body, my choice” right afforded to them as any other person when it came to taking a hastily implemented and unproven drug.
And let’s not forget… there were a handful of civilian employees from HR who participated in this shit. Then HR Director Robert Landowski immediately comes to mind as being present and directing the collection of stars, shields, vehicles/keys etcetera.
