When the crime-inclined people are stopped, the crime stops.
You can literally just fix crime by not tolerating people who show a history of being destructive to society.
This is why "Three Strikes" works wherever it's implemented and why Project Exile worked in Virginia. If you separate out the bad elements, makes it so they can't re-victimize people and can't breed another generation of criminals, their misbehavior ebbs away to be statistically insignificant.
That's the science lib-tards want you to ignore while they advocate mutilating children.

Crime and punishment work everywhere except in the Democrat mind.
Capital crime list needs to be expanded. Executions need to be a weekly thing. Democrats cannot release criminals if they’re dead. Think ahead.
Giuliani and Bratton did it in New York years ago and had great success. It got canned because too many POC were getting incarcerated.

As a retired college instructor who studied criminology for over a decade, the statistics and prior research does show that when the incarceration rate goes up, crime goes down. What also was shown that when the abortion rate was high in the black community, crime was held down. The leftists are still looking for the " root causes" of crime when it is right in front of them.
