Not so funny statistic

Watching FoxNews just now (yeah, we do that a lot), and they put up a transition slide that only reinforces what we were saying earlier about the unions.

>Amount of money that unions contributed to republican candidates in the past 5 years: $20 million

>Amount of money that unions contributed to democratic candidates in the past 5 years: $229 Billion.

That is NOT a misprint. $20 Million v. $229 BILLION. That is obscene. With 40% or more of union members voting republican, the union leadership is contributing to democrats at a ratio of $11,450 to $1. Actually, obscene doesn't even begin to cover what this is. The AFL-CIO fracture is only the beginning of a trend and it can't get here fast enough.

Could be because the GOP pretty much are anti-union and vote against bills to help the working man?

If that is so lefty, then why are union members voting in ever increasing numbers FOR the republicans? I suppose they must be sado-masachists? Or could it be Sweeney's undying support for tariffs, price controls, abortion, onerous work rules to prevent the firing of incompetents, higher wage demands in the face of cheap overseas labor, the erosion of the family and "gay marriage" are FINALLY exposing the left for what it is - Small minded control freaks who know better than everyone else does? Like the moderator says, the death of organized labor can't come soon enough.

Didn't know where to post this so I'll do it here.

During the 1st watch Saturday beat 2211 was sent to some unknown mission in the 11th district. That's the beat in the southwest corner of 022, with the lowest crime rate and where most P/O's and firefighters reside.

What happens? At 0100 three 18 YOA girls are robbed at gunpoint by three offfenders

What are three thrill-seeking young ladies from Mt. Greenwood to do?
The hip and avant garde are well aware that 011 has replaced 018 as the epicenter of night life in Chicago.

Just Robbery???

Why be schocked about 2211? That female Captain Drozd sends them out off their beat all night long. The Commander Garrity is oblivious to the fact that 2211 is out of the district he lives in Beverly and he has three beats bordering his home. The police and firefighters here in Mt. Greenwood have to lie to get police service, call on a land line then call(U and your wife) on a cell phone.
The one P/O is afraid to speak to people so he is delivery boy shaking down the two White Hens and the two 7/11s. The other one on the car cant stay awake. The traffic car is available to write DUIs to the white citizens who will not fight back.
Does the patronage hack Captain Care. HELL KNOW. Her assistant the female Lt. will not drive east of Western. Then the two female Sgts. call for meets on Western or at the gas pumps on Vincennes. The watch is all female except for two male Sgts, and the majority of the watch is female. The first watch is called the KOTEX Squad.
There comical on crime scenes, trying not to respond to be first.
I BLAME GARRITY>patronage hack for the 19th ward, all talk no action, screw the tax payers and public servants.

There were four previous armed robberies on Beat 2211 and Beat 2213 in the last two weeks. Offenders M/1/18/26, all hit on the first watch, 107th place Seely, 107 Troy, and 10800 Albany.
THEN WHITE DUDE BROKE INTO SEVEN CARS ON Millard, police put it on one report, A2 summary killed the jobs administratively. NO FOLLOW UP> off duty copper attempted to arrest waited twenty five minutes for the REAL POLICE (not)no response as ussual.

We are doomed, we patrol the worst parts of the city and yet the KOTEX squad takes care of the homefront. Give me some young lads from Englewood or Filmore.

Why not, easy pickings by the bad guys, when the off duty p/os take action there asked to take a breathalizer. Why be schocked sorry to RANT but I get furious talking to some of the Good GUys in 22, who had to bail off the watch. MAD AS HELL CANT TAKE IT NO MORE RANT

I guess the freaknik is happening again. My friend on first watch said EVERY weekend until the end of August they send one car from EVERY district. This weekend it was MY beat car. I work/live in 016 where the district is so big, you hardly see your co-workers all day. :) Nice to know no one is watching my house while I sleep.

Sweet Baby Ray, I doubt you know me because I usually, not always, but usually keep my political viewpoints secret.

If you say you have only met one liberal P/O on the job then you are probably a southwest sider. I bet even over there in the 22nd District where it probably was you posting that anonymous note on the armed robbery.

But back to my point....there are other left thinking P/O's on the job on the north side. Methinks though, that you don't get north of Madison st. too often. Also, you are probably a White Sox fan.

Democrats are no friend to cops. They've always done everything they could to keep us inadequately armed. Daley's outrageous remarks when the federal legislation was passed for the rights of cops including retired officers to carry firearms for self-protection makes this abundantly clear.

That bogus residency requirement is another example.

Once again HQ shows they don't have a clue. The TRU unit sits on its hand when real crime is occurring and during those times when we could use bounty hunters, and they send a 2-man car from mids to work a District that they don't have a clue about and very possibly could get hurt because even if they can call for help they may well not be able to give a good location. (Is this possibly to give HQ an excuse to equip the cars with locators?????)

Also to the idiot from 22 complaining about midnights - I suggest that you either learn how to spell or get a dictionary before showing your ignorance any further. Why show your stupidity???

If you don't have the balls (labia) to identify yourself in your nit-picking criticism, I suggest that you just shut the fuck up.

I've just started my very first novel:

It was a dark and stormy night in the Bronx where the new Chief of Detectives was attending a Democratic Congressional candidate's fund raiser. Then her damn BlackBerry alerted her to an obviously high-profile homicide in the Fifth Avenue penthouse of Bruce Stiffcock, the sole heir to the Stiffcock latex billions.

Taking abrupt leave, the Chief, nattily attired in her tiny Burberry trenchcoat and her deerstalker cap, had wisely chosen the best "wheel man" in the NYPD as her driver--Vinny Fellatio from Brooklyn's six-two precinct, Bensonhurst.

As Vinny sped out of the exit from the Triborough Bridge, a borough-wide simulcast of a "10-13 with shots fired" on Malcolm X Boulevard broke the evening's silence. While only a block away in Harlem, the chief barked "the game is afoot" as Vinny adroitly avoided a collision with an ESU truck responding to the 10-13.

Within two minutes, Vinny made a two-wheel turn from Park Avenue into East 77th Street and arrived at the luxury condo overlooking Central Park.

Vinny held up the yellow tape for Chief Roseannadanna-O'Brien who then met with grizzled, double-corona chomping veteran homicide detectives from both Manhattan North and the 19th Squad.

They directed the Chief to the master bedroom where the viciously bludgeoned and naked body of Bruce Stiffcock was found supine on his huge four-poster bed. On the floor nearby, forensics had already photographed an empty forty ounce bottle of malt liquor and several Kool cigarette butts, noting that Mr. Stiffcock was a teetotaler and non-smoker.

A legendary detective first grade from Manhattan North mumbled "Chief, no forced entry with ransacking. According to neighbors and the doorman, the vic had numerous male visitors. He's in full rigor". "I don't think so", replied the Chief as she glanced down at Mr. Stiffcock's small flaccid penis.

Noting a glistening dollop of a white viscous substance on the victim's chin, the chief delicately touched the fluid with her pinkie-ring finger, raising it to her tongue. Ahaaa, she thought. It was telltale and unmistakable: "Semen!", she declared.

The new chief's instincts were phenomenal. Her months as a detective on Staten Island which had preceded her meteoric rise in the NYPD had exponentially paid off. She then declared that "the butler did it with a candlestick holder in the library."

"Back to the Bronx, Vinny!"

If half of that first watch story is true, about 022, we have deep problems. I moved from the northside to 022 for the real estate market. I got a better bargain for my money. I never see the police or for that matter, the ambulance is never in the firehouse. DID I make a mistake moving here. I hope not.

Answer this, why was it OK for the first blogger to be anonymous and not the second??? At least the second one, talking about spelling errors is stating a FACT, unlike MOST of what the ANONYMOUS poster about 022 has said.
