There does not seem to be any rules and regulations governing teachers on the CPS website. So if no rules guess you can do just about anything. On maybe you just go to the principal's office like the kids and the principal throws a good scare in you!
Hmmm, interesting...cuz during the covid scam when I commited the crime of the century by refusing to enter my personal health information into a (most likely) non-compliant HIPAA city portal, my punishment for this egregious act was to suspend me without pay, my insurance benefits were canceled, I was stripped of my police powers and I was forced to retire under duress without being able to get my retirement credentials.
This idiot openly promotes hate and violence that's recorded for the world to see and she gets rewarded, she's getting paid to sit at home. The lefties take care of their cult members, that's for damn sure.

What kinda F’ed up rules at the Teachers Union allow her to get a PAID leave of absence? We have half the amount of kids in these failing schools, than we used to have, but we have 25-40% enrollment in many schools, more admin positions, more teachers….bleeding the tax base dry.
They're all cowards when they get exposed.
So, she is going to have plenty of time inhale gallons of Haagen Dazs, Twinkies by the dozen, post communist nonsense online, and attend protests against law enforcement. All while collecting a salary being paid by for the tax payer. That will teach her a lesson.

Why are they giving her a vacation instead of terminating her employment? She should not be anywhere a classroom.
CPS isn't going to do anything to Lucy Martinez and here's why:
1. CPS Law Dept is in shambles, and they don't have anyone doing any investigations right now. The big lawsuit from this past week was their former Investigative Manger (Kelly Tarrant) suing them for discrimination and wrongful termination. Tarrant and her investigators were going after highly connected individuals at Lindblom, CVS (Preckwinkle got involved), Steinmetz, Marshall, and Flagg school.
In fact, the investigation regarding Steinmetz revolved around one of their LSC members Vanessa Valentin, Chief of Staff for Adl, Gil Villegas (36th)

2. Lucy Martines didn't do anything in violation of CPS policies our anything during the school day or on CPS property. She was told to go on paid LOA hours after her Charlie Kirk gesture and rant.
3. MBJ's and SDG's people now run CPS and CPS Law are constantly breaking CPS policies, including not giving Tarrant any due process. Tarrant was removed from her position right as she began her questioning of Valentin and Tarrant wasn't warned, put on paid/unpaid LOA, given a termination hearing, nothing, nada, zilch.
Imagine showing up to work one day to begin an investigation and you're removed from your position and off city property without being given an explanation as to why. That's what happened to Tarrant.

Yes Joe, I definitely was. I drew that line in the sand and stuck by it. Everything happens for a reason. You may not know right away what the reason is but eventually, it will be revealed and THAT'S how you get through the bad times.
