During remarks delivered from the Senate floor, Durbin said, “There was only one parallel in history that I can think of that has occurred in my lifetime, and that of course, would be the internment of 120,000 Japanese Americans during World War Two.”
And who was it who forcibly relocated those Japanese-Americans (80,000 of whom were actually born in the United States) and seized their property, leaving them destitute and without legal recourse?

actual internment was ordered by FDR (the democrat president) and engineered by General John L DeWitt who had written numerous requests claiming espionage dangers (none of which ever materialized) and making up reports about Japanese planes being spotted flying around San Francisco.
he also advocated internment of German and Italian Americans, so that should tell you something.
we know you desperately want to claim, "both sides have done it" and Warren was in fact, a vocal supporter of internment, but he wasn't in the political or military chain of command that actually executed the operation.
