We're pretty sure something similar was decided by the Supreme Court years ago whereby you cannot require extra expenditures to exercise what is an enumerated Right in the Constitution. This was related to the "poll tax" or literary tests that were utilized across the Jim Crow south to deny minorities the Right to vote.
Those restrictions were instituted by democrats back then, too.

So let me get this straight, if you can't afford to get out on bond, they create a law that mandates you get let out for free. If you own a gun to protect yourself from the criminals they release to further victimize society, you are mandated to pay an additional "tax" to exercise your 2nd ammendment right. Sound very logical.
