Don't care. Most important positions are Watch Operation LTs. I've come to realize this over my career. A hard ass and incompetent wol can ruin the morale of a watch so fast. We got one in the summer and its been down hill ever since, no mitigation on spars for the coppers, always max penalty, saying maybe the commander will knock it down. No rewarding coppers for good arrest, always coming to roll call to monday quarterback an incident they didn't bother responding to, just watched some cameras and had something to say. I see why people get out of patrol now. I was blessed to have decent bosses up till now. Fuck this place

The man was dumped from Homan Square more than once because of a lack of activity. Think of how bad you have to be to get dumped more than once???? Jill Stevens stays in house mouse mode which is good for everyone. She's not dumb at all but street leadership is not her game. Parham has always been pleasant to deal with but he's not a genius to say the least. There are decent people who got promoted. BS and JT are the working police and I congratulate them. I think people have misconceptions that commanders have a lot of influence on how their district goes. The truth is that they are stuck with whatever lieutenant’s the department decides to give them or that can bid there. So commanders don’t really have any say in who they’re getting to run the watches. You get stuck with some bad Lts and that’s it, can’t really get rid of them.
