- Information we have obtained from numerous sources is that the current administration of the Cook County Sheriff's Department cannot account for over 300 subjects (various reports place this number as high as 500) who have been released on electronic monitoring.
These subjects include highly violent repeat offenders, which the admin of the CCSD does not have knowledge of their whereabouts.
Furthermore, information obtained is that the officers in the electronic monitoring unit are so severely understaffed that they have a near 9 month backlog of work to complete.
Sheriff Tom Dart has not hired a Deputy 11 years despite his budget expanding nearly 200 million in that same period. The court deputy division is down over 700 officers since 2006... Dart however, found funding for 244 'Shakman Exempt' political hires
So somewhere between 300 and 500 subjects, many arrested for violent crimes but released as part of the "empty jail" initiative, running around without any sort of tracking. Fucking brilliant. But he hires media spouses, siblings, progeny, etc., so they don't write bad stories about him.

Not a problem. I have it on good information that these 300-500 subjects went directly home, put their kids to bed, kissed their children's mother goodnight, had a good night's sleep, got up the next morning, put on a clean shirt and went to work.
You see, the only problem those subjects have is that this oppressive racist society has never allowed them to work hard and earn a clean living.

The Sheriff budget when Dart got elected in 2006 was 385 million. It is now almost 600 million. Inflation hasn't raised that much in 10 years. The scary thing is he cut several hundred deputy positions in that same period so where is the funding going?. FEDS ARE YOU READING THIS><
There was a scathing IG report on Sheriff Budget a few years back. Of course the media buried it! 36 million in overtime in 2014 cause 1/4 guards calls in absent on a daily basis. If tom Dart ran a private company like this he would of been indicted!!
Under a federal consent decree, the sheriff has hired hundreds of additional guards, bringing the total to more than 3,400. Still, the sheriff’s office says it needs to pay overtime to meet required staffing levels in the jail. Most staff shortages stem from unplanned medical time off, according to sheriff’s officials.
About $36 million in overtime was paid to correctional officers in fiscal year 2014, the audit said.
And what the report didn't say was because of Dart's jail incompetence and patronage hiring the Deputy/Court Security Division was cut in half...
Its the way of modern government today. The voters have no say, nor can they vote for change. (cutting the number of aldermen down 50 to 25 or less.)

I don't know what this Dart guy is thinking. He sure isn't a sheriff. For political reasons, he puts everyone in his jurisdiction at risk. Maybe one or two or 15 or 50 of his inmates, that can't be found, will come to his house to thank him personally for their "early release".

Once again where are the checks and balances of this government? It is unbelievable that the national guard has not taken over some areas of the city and the jail. It's not bad enough we have this ridiculous murder and maim rate, but now there is an accusation that people who are supposed to be in jail and are violent offenders, ARE NOT IN JAIL?
Lets resurrect Chief Kevin Connelly, now this guy will hunt down all the missing people. He's on disability and probably would welcome coming back into the hunt. Hey Dart the Fart, bring back the Kevin to save the day.

Isn't SFFP the furlough program aka EM? I may be wrong because I don't work for the county.
Blogger.. When we researched Sheriff SFFP program we got this.. Can anyone shed some light on this, Could this woman really be on furlough?
Sheriff’s Female Furlough Program (SFFP)
Sheriff’s Female Furlough Program , or female day-reporting program, allows for female participants to leave the jail, on electronic monitoring, and report to the program daily for treatment and case management services, returning to their homes each evening to care for their families. They participate in drug substance abuse/mental health, job training and effective parenting classes.
Transition Planning and Aftercare (intensive case management) is developed prior to discharge of each participant and is critical for the successful progression of a SFFP participant's reintegration into the community. A phase system was developed to address individual participant needs.
The goofy disheveled loon Dart will be working at Monterrey Security as a venue usher come 2019.
He's and his pandering antics are over and done.
All the early releases, all the empty cells, all the pizza parties and catered menu offerings won't be enough to save his job.
In order words, the Cook County white privilege is over.

I'm looking at those number, 300-500 and they don't have a clue where these fucks are who were let out on bond with a monitor. So the Dark the fart loses even more control of these animals and no one in the media is holding him accountable. Well fuck it, I'm looking at this as an opportunity, now the 300-500 just made it a more richer target environment for me.
I say bring back the "Casper" deputies. Elrod, O'Grady, and others hired patronage deputies who were sworn but performed more mundane duties at a big cost savings to the Sheriff's Office.
Tried to call electronic monitoring for over an hr and no-one home. How exactly can this be called "monitoring"?

Who the hell is this guy, does anyone know????????
The only K Connelly I know is not on disability. He's a Crook, ran the eviction unit, rigging for cash but has never been in disabilty to my knowledge.
Trump will never be able to save Cook county or Chicago. Get the fuck out.
