A Season of Giving (Part 2)

In a post a few spots below this one, we list a couple of addresses you could send pre-paid phone cards to so that wounded soldiers could spend some phone time with loved ones.

A reader pointed out to us that there are thousands of military folks that could also use a hand. We obviously should have seen that (our bad) and he sent us a couple of links to post. Be sure to check out www.uso.com and www.usocares.org to see what these fine organizations do for our men and women overseas and away from home during the holiday season. Maybe a couple of our ex-military guys or gals could organize some district wide phone card drives or see what the USO needs to continue good works? It's worth a shot.

SCC:
Thanks for the info! My lil bro just got back from there a few months ago, and is gearing up to go back shortly after the new year. Funny thing is: Jim Beam now makes plastic bottles which look suprisingly like a bottle of mouthwash. The grunts loved that stuff! after about $150.oo of "mouthwash" a shitload of CPD shirts, and some cheap porn, I think those guys are ready to win the war after they get a care package! Now, I got to throw in a handfull of calling cards!
