Human Punching Bags (Post #1201)

Twelve hundred and one posts - damn, we do seem to talk a lot.

On a serious note, once again the justice system has failed us. And not just locally where it is damn near impossible to get felony charges on people who strike, batter, attack or fight the police:
  • A grand jury declined to indict Rep. Cynthia McKinney on Friday in connection with a confrontation in which she admitted hitting a police officer who tried to stop her from entering a House office building. [emphasis added - SCC]
She admitted it and a grand jury (which will indict a ham sandwich if the State presents a reasonably competent case) couldn't come up with an indictment? This is just sad on so many levels.

The only consolation is checking the CA$H box on the Time Due slip and get on with life

Just another example of reverse discrimination. The bitch didn't get indicted because she's a)female and b) black.

i have to say the officer underestimated the woman. he wasnt prepared for where she was going to take the level of the confrontation. underestimating or assuming what the other person is gonna do,whether in an arrest situation, street fight, bar fight, capitol hill etc. is a recipe for trouble.

Im not trying to be a monday morning Quarterback but that Officer should of put that bitch on her ass. She engaged him and she should of been taught a lesson as should ANY PERSON who strikes out at a Police Officer as she did. But as usual they will pamper her cuz she black.

If someone strikes you strike them back 10 fold until they are cuffed. Its legal and its the Law! You used force necessary to effect the arrest because the offender REFUSED to be placed in custody in a peaceable and custodial manner.

If it had been a white person and a black Officer..........well you know!

6/16@11:40:53 PM had it right- we do this nonsense for the money- us poleeces must unfortunately get to know the various beastly Aldercreatures or Congressional Whooores so as not to ruffle them high falootin' feathers. What did the Crapital Copper think McKinney was gonna do- take out the dome by setting her do on fire? This was all a tempest in a teapot from the git-go. That this even got this far show how weak the dumbocraps are right now. Weren't no Gitmo. And with CPD's number of good shoots mounting these last few months, who needs the friggin' ASA-horses-arses... it's SHOOT FIRST, ASK QUESTIONS LATER!!! (Yeah, Babyyyyy!) I SHAGGED Cynthia rotten Baby hahahahahaah!)

Well without all the rhetoric, you can only imagine if the copper had struck her first what the Grand Jury would have decided.

Of course if the copper struck first he would of been F'd. But she struck first and the bitch should of been thrown on her ass.

I give a flying BLEEP who the person is, if they srtike first I strike back hard and often UNTIL THEY ARE CUFFED!
