nothin but vacant lots in 011 anymore anyways... nothing there to get all "Im bad as hell even though I only have 2 weeks on the job" about... atleast TRU actually goes to REAL districts and works... scouring a vacant lot for an hour looking for the "jab" thats been there for 3 years doesnt constitute real police work... besides, Marcoo is there now... INGREDIENTS
20 chicken wings, split and tips discarded
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup red pepper sauce
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake wings in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine melted butter, red pepper sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Mix together.
When wings are baked, dip in sauce to coat well, then shake off excess and return coated wings to baking sheet. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and bake for another 15 minutes to set sauce.

Im sorry for the following rant but Judge Joe Sconza is no friend to the police or the victims. 3 witnesses say the offender assaulted victim. Victim said he didnt. Sconza sides with the offender. Not delayed anymore. 3 sgts said he assaulted another officer and the judge sided with GC, not guilty. The judge said other officers have disrespected his court by being upset with his verdicts. All of which are "not guilty" according to the states attorneys.

One firefighter died in that accident with the bus driver in Englewood,one more firefighter in critical condition,and the other two are in serious condition. Thoughts and prayers to their families and the C.F.D. I know it is premature, but if anyone knows of a benefit for him of any kind. Please let us know.

Read the FOP legislation bullshit and I swear not one thing to benefit us has been passed by the House or the Senate. We keep endorsing these assholes, even McCauliffe and DeLeo and they never pass anyhting to help us out. Fuck FOP, Fuck the politicians and most of all Fuck Illinois. 009 has to have the most immature people of any dist. I work there, believe me i know. You rarely see other districts dirty laundry aired on here, but every day there's something about 9 and the officers on this thing. It's a shame. There are a lot of great people that work there but the handful of immature babies that post on here overshadow us and give us a terrible reputation. Most of us just want to go to work, have a few laughs and go home to our family and don't want anything to do with posting crap on here or trashing our fellow officers. But the few that do get on here make us all look bad. To them i say: please grow up. You got something to say to someone, say it to thier face. You don't think you're being treated fairly, tell a boss. But stay the f*ck off this thing and quite trashing good people on here.

Yeah I know being on disability sucks especially when the department and the FOP do not help you out in anyway. Disabled police officers are the only city employees that go many years without a raise and nobody cares. The pension board and the department require us to stay in the city as the cost of living keeps going up, especially our property taxes but expects us to go 10 years maybe more without a raise. Thanks Phil for your bullshit on the Police Memorial site about helping the disabled coppers but the truth is the majority get no help from Phil or the city. I believe the city and the pension board treat the disabled like shit to discourage coppers from going on and staying on disability. When was the last time Phil or any city, state or county politician went without a raise???? Be careful out there because "but for the grace of God"you may find yourself becoming disabled.

Personally, I hope they promote far more than 50 Sgts. when the new class list is released. Every time a new class of Sgts. is sent out to the Districts, at least of third of them mysteriously disappear within the first 3 months after they hit the streets, mainly due to clout. The Districts always wind up catching the short straws, never seeming to have enough Sgts. to go around. So I hope the bosses make enough of them to satisfy their own selfish needs, as well as those of the Patrol Division, along with the citizens we've sworn to protect.
I wouldn't believe the hype concerning Graeber being promoted to Commander anytime soon. If that were in the picture, Cline would have held off making the man a Capt., and simply promoted him to Commander when/if a position opened. The last few Commanders promoted were all Lts., with the exception being Williams of the 005th District (recent promotions being 008, 018, 003, 015, 004, 021, Gang Intel, NAGIS). Although Cline has been quoted as saying he would consider Capts. first when it came to exempt promotions, it has only rarely occurred during his tenure as Supt. OOPS! I shouldn't have included NAGIS (Deputy Chief) and GANG INTEL (CMDR) in this. The last guy who held both those posts wasn't even a Sgt...of course, clout throws the equation a whole new curve!!
PK has a bad attitude, but with all the negative shit about him since the Academy...ie Domestic Batteries, etc...Who wouldn't?

Hey idiot! You have no idea what you are talking about. Disabled officers get a raise after 7 years on disability. The occupational guys get a raise after 10 years and that’s because Bob P. FORGOT to include them in the bill that was brought up in Springfield. Not M.D.’s fault, blame the Nolan crew. Disabled officers can move out of the city limits, where have you been? Pick up a FOP newsletter and read it!
If that nut job Rosemary from that defunct organization DCPOA would have kept her big STUPID mouth shut all disabled officers would be receiving 75% of current salary from the time they were deemed disabled by the pension board. She screwed us nobody else did.
I thank GOD for Sal and his committee they helped me through some tough times. That rambling idiot Rosemary screwed us all. Where did all the dues that she collected from disabled officers go? Some say she paid part of mortgage for her house in Las Vegas because her DCPOA office was in her home, and when she sold it made a hefty profit, nice huh! Why didn’t Rosemary share that with disabled officers since she paid part of mortgage with their dues? Or maybe she paid for her BOOB JOB with the dues. Speak for yourself Rosemary, you don’t represent me.
