Another Arrest in Burglary
- A second person has been charged in a burglary that a Chicago Police sergeant was responding to when his squad car crashed, fatally injuring him.
Carlos Brown, 28, of the 200 block of 23d Street in Chicago Heights, faces a felony burglary charge in connection with the burglary about 5:30 a.m. Monday at a cell phone store in the 3100 block of North Clark Street.
Again, no one should be expecting Felony Murder charges over this arrest. These assholes weren't thinking any farther ahead than a quick smash-and-grab type burglary and getaway regardless of whatever spin J-Fed want to put it.

It's not that we don't believe anything that comes out of J-fed's mouth, cause actually we don't. But in this case we know how the law works in the horrible crook county court system, something that J-fed apparently doesn't. A one year cop knows that no one was going to be charged with the death of Sgt. Haymaker in fact, my sister who is a stay at home mom even asked my how J-fed could say that cause she didn't believe it would happen either. Keep the lies coming! Remember Cozzi!
COVER-UP IN PROGRESS!
The WEISel's initial invocation of the Felony Murder Rule was a preposterous diversion from the get-go--and he knew it.
Scroll down and read the posts on the SCC "Smoke" thread for the damning details of a city COVER-UP.
Check out Reckless Homicide: 720 ILCS 5/9-3(e)(10): "In cases involving...reckless homicide resulting in the death of a peace officer killed in the performance of his...duties as a peace officer, the penalty is a Class 2 felony."
J-Fraud should have them federally charged. He's pretty good at that. Just ask Bill cozzi.
SCC, Don't know how many people had a chance to view this as it was under the Densy Cole wedding post, but this slide show from Sgt. Haymaker's funeral is very touching and very well done.

Sorry... OT
For those of you not able to go to Sgt. Haymakers funeral, this will take you all the way.
This by far was the hardest and most emotionally exhausting video I ever made. Remember to install the PX file...Its harmless and needed to view the video. If you right click on the video when it starts you can view it full screen!

Not sure I'm willing to acknowledge this because then you'd be saying that balloon head jody was smart enough to figure this out.
At this point, I'm not sure this dumb f*ck is smart enough to figure ANYTHING out!
Check the video from when jfed said that stupid shit and see whose hand was up his back making his lips move!
What do you have against murder charges??? They family?? Have you read the statue ?? Do you know all
the facts ?? Do you know all
the case law ?? Are these jag off second cousins
or something ??
Off Topic, but has anyone heard what happened at the arbitration meeting last week? I know there is another scheduled for the 4th, but I haven't seen our unt rep to ask him.
Part of a big burglary ring They were pros and should get a hefty sentence

I love ya John (In a rhetorical sense that is) but I disagree with part of your comment pasted above.
Actually 'just four" words to be exact.
"-- and he knew it"
John, He doesn't have a clue about ILCS or MCC for that matter.
I'm convinced that he merely parroted what he heard from another uninformed, unrealistic source.
But as far as knowing there was culpability on behalf of the City (i.e. 'haltin' da saltin' or an unsafe pool car) that attributed to the loss of our brother Sgt. Haymaker... I believe that you are, Right On!
Lets get them all in custody first, then charge them with Murder. As far as I Know there is no limit (years) on the charge of Murder.
The most powerful Police Department in the world should be able to get this done.
Sgt Ralph (Retired Aurora)
If a burglar plans and commits a burglary in a snow storm because he knows that police will have a difficult time responding quickly and a police officer is injured when responding to the burglary, then isn't the officer's death a "forseeable consequence of the underlying felony?"
Mope-rah praised Anita Alvarez for not pursuing murder charges in today's Scum-Times.
She also got to bash UIC Police, which I'm sure makes her feel important.
J-Fed should be arrested for wearing a C.P..D uniform. He not a police officer and has not EARNED the right to wear our uniform. He is just like the teenager from the 003 district impersonating the police, only he got locked-up. WHAT IS THE MORON THINKING?

i SECOND THAT,BUT HE NEVER WILL, JUST FUCK A GRAET COPPER HE IS GOOD AT THAT,BUT THE BAD GUY NO WAY!
J-FED should be charged...he knows that our equipment is bad and yet doesn't do anything about it..time to hang it up J-FED. You are by far the worst Sup. in the history of the dept.
The mutts already stole everything of value in Markham and Chicago Heights so now they have to migrate to Chicago.
Thanks President LBJ for all your efforts in creating a permanent underclass in America.
This country will soon be bankrupted by the five generations of parasites that his policies spawned. Entitlements will be gone in twenty more years, as they are not sustainable. Now go get jobs!

Too bad States Attorney Anita Alvarez is complicit in the coverup too.
The Feds are now part of the Chicago Corruption Machine now too.
The best bet is getting this story out to national media outlets that are sympathetic. Maybe we can get this story out to a Congressman or sympathetic Senator and have some Federal heat brought down on Chicago.
"FREE BILL COZZI "
How about telling the truth on why Sgt Alan Haymaker died?
1. Poor condition of the pool car he was driving, bald tires, etc.
2. Lack of adequate salt being spread on Lake Shore Drive to save money and save the Mayor's beloved garden.
Don't attend J-Fed's Propaganda Sessions!
You can't freely speak your mind without receiving punishment and everything that you are told is a LIE.
I am glad that these shitheads are being locked up for the burglary but what does it have to do with how Sgt Alan Haymaker died?
More smoke and mirrors diversionary tactics to keep the real reasons from surfacing. I think we need to MARCH in MARCH!
Lets March in March!
The coverup of Sgt Alan Haymaker's death is the final straw.
Who cares what they were thinking!!! Their actions caused the death of a brother in blue. Obviously 1st degree murder shouldn't be the charge, but they should face something more than just the burglary.
If the States Attorney cant charge the burglars with felony murder in the Haymaker incident, then the law ought to be taken off the books. What do they think it was enacted for in the first place?
