They hate us but the phones keep ringing. You cant make omelets without breaking a few eggs
It sounds like the punchline to a bad joke I heard many years ago.
"And you know what was in the Briefcase? A load of crap just like what I am telling you."

Some of the things found on "suspicious package" calls have included human fetuses and very old dynamite.
I know I dropped that package somewhere. Can I at least get the handcuffs back?
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
This is not seemly on a police blog.
No one takes suspicious package calls seriously...unfortunately one day it'll bite one of us coarjbg lives.
Don't be complacent. The officers in Boston could've looked at the backpacks all day long, but without diagnostics used by bomb squad, or opening the bag blind, the bags looked like suspicious packages.
Call the bomb squad.

How did you tell them apart
Left there by an idiot who wanted to cause trouble...or left by mistake.
On second thought, I would settle for the feather boa. It was a gift from Peter Allen.
I miss Peter so much.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
