Another shooting happened about 2:40 p.m. on the 700 block of North Kedzie Avenue in the city's East Garfield Park neighborhood, in the parking lot of the Richard M. Daley Library.
A 23-year-old man and another person were getting out of a vehicle when a group of people ran up and opened fire on them, striking the 23-year-old man repeatedly in his body.

Now fast forward end of the year 2014 Holder is in Chicago arguing he knows that the assistant united states attorney's who decided who to charge and the FBI who has investigative responsibility these law enforcement personnel Holder said he has CONFIDENCE in their abilities to dispense justice in a NEUTRAL way!
Now Holder argues what local law enforcement can do to build trust in the black neighborhoods in the wake of protests about police killings of unarmed Black men!
Base of the above analysis its CLEAR that the political establishment lacks TRUST and CONFIDENCE in local law enforcement abilities to dispense justice in a NEUTRAL way! The political establishment has made it a federal crime and the local establishment both are against racial profiling-GO figure no more preventive policing rather just reactive policing as in the recent Demario Bailey shooting. Remember we are not the problem rather they are the problem! Fact: More people of color are the victims and the offenders this phenonmena equals "unarmed person shot" and "unarmed person shot and killed" each day in our communities by a person of their color than what Holder argues today as what is the problem: White policeman shoots and kills an unarmed black man! This phenomena does not support the facts of "Hands up Don't Shoot" or "I can't breath"!

Simple antidote to the problems here and elsewhere: A nationwide Blue Flu. With DeBlazio tossing the NYPC under the bus and the issues in Chicongo, if the police were suddenly absent for say a week - the ghetto would be begging them to return. DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - A published report says dozens of suspected killers, rapists and others who were arrested by Detroit police over the past four years have been released because of a backlog of unsigned warrants.
Among the unsigned warrants at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office are 21 for murder, including one going back to 2010, according to a report in the Detroit News. The newspaper says there are 105 for sexual assault and 126 for child abuse.
In most cases, police were forced to release the suspects, since the law requires that they can’t be held beyond 72 hours without being arraigned.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says many of the releases are a result of too few employees in her office. She says the office has “lost half of our staff and it is no surprise that we are not able to fulfill our mandated functions with such drastic staff reductions.”

The rank and file in New York are not happy with the socialist in chief there, and he believes a renowned member from the NYPD can help him with his moral problem there. It seems Bratton is too much of a copper and not enough of a socialist politician.
