Bloody Weekend
A warm December weekend, results in spring-like mayhem:
- A 15-year-old boy shot dead during a robbery attempt was among three people killed and at least 27 others wounded in shootings across the city so far this weekend.
With the neighborhoods of North Lawndale and Humboldt Park accounting for 66% of the violence. Maybe a new strategy is in order?

The answer is a peoples militia to patrol the streets and end this crime wave.
And in other news! Johnny Manziel was a disaster today...
An economic boom for the city.
Send the police away from those neighborhoods don't want to be accused of racial profiling or risk an arrest where locking up an active resister goes bad and gives an excuse to loot. Don't want to be accused of being over militarized there.
Let the savages get the police service they deserve, want and riot for. Savage life matters! Enjoy it savages! Ha ha ha!!!
And the plan is to load up the black neighborhoods with all kinds of police to make stops and pimpy arrests. Holding down the people of color. I don't think that's what the hoods are protesting for. Let them have what they want.
Garry? Where are u ?
Let's face it. Garry is done. But who at this point? I'm not sure! There are a lot of tremendous police bosses out there. Pat McNulty, Hiram Grau, Dan Dugan.
New strategy give them the black and puerto rican officers the White Officers are all racist right then who will they blame?
The new strategy is to answer OEMC calls by responding in a safe manner, observe and approach in a slow and deliberate manner and issue an RD#.
We can call it the AWSHIT NUTTIN WERKS strategy.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
Broken window theory?????
All these guns in the city. And its amazing because there's not a gun shop in Chicago.
"Hands Off, Don't Work!"
Who cares can't you see we're protesting about Ferguson and New York. We don't have time for black on black.
So nuking the area from low orbit is off the table then?
They did so much shooting in 011 on Saturday night that I heard they ran out of ammo for Sunday.
Hey SCC,
Nothing like some Spring-like "It's not the weather" to get the lead flying.
The weekend tally: 3 killed, 32 wounded
Last year’s weekend tally: 4 killed, 17 wounded
Last week was the busiest week since early October and more inline with the average summer week.
A sliver of good news is that one of the shootings occurred on the Ike, so it doesn't count.

66% of the violence in the district where 66% of the assigned lieutenants are merit.
Coincidence? Me thinks not.
Now go write a few thousand more contact cards and things will get better.
Garry's strategies are useless. Time for old Garry to move on. What a mess this department has become since he took over.
Johnny Manziel for Superintendent !!!
The eleventh district needs a deputy chief to be in overall command of day to day operations. Too many Indians need a chief. Another layer of management could solve resident's violence lifestyle conundrums. The seventh district have seen great success in a marked decrease in homicides under direction of Leo the lion. If you extrapolate this decrease for successive years, the seventh district will have negative homicides in just seven more years! Keep up the good work Leo, your number two not number one.
George Samms tried that in 003 back in the mid 80s. Wanted an all black district and forced a lot of white Officers to put in transfers by switching the Officer's beats and sectors. Didn't work then and won't work now. When you dial 911 you don't get to pick from a menu.

I hear all the hoopla to not do any work in these neighborhoods because this is what they deserve or this what they want- I work downtown and have worked most of these protest- why is it that 85% of the protesters are white- so white America is making blacks get poor police service again white man is setting blacks up for failure again

Pat is enjoying retirement too much to come back.
The number one question is how much money would it take to work for Rahm?

Dugan was the best of that bunch but was the real police and never backs down from scumbag politicians so he won't be back! The era of real bosses is gone, the spineless are now in control woooo!

It's the only way to be sure.
C'mon, McThere'sStillTimetoBackOut -
Put the seating chart and the Crate and Barrel bridal registry away. It's been at least two long weeks since you announced yet another new crimefighting strategy for the Department. You're losing your touch.

New York did that in the 70's. Within 3 months the black community was begging for the White Officers to come back, the Black Coppers were beating the hell out of the ghetto dwellers.
More vri for officers keep up the good work people. Soon my porshe will be paid off and my condo downtown.
