Election Day Coming

And time for that SCC tradition!
  • Every single judge on the ballot gets a NO vote
We've been pushing this for years, on and off the job. The last time any sitting judge got dumped was when Passarella was removed for his handling of the Officer Touhy case and two others failed to get the required 60% threshold following the Greylord scandal. In each case, all fell a mere 3-to-4% below retention. That in itself gives you an idea of the difficulty of removing any judge, even those tainted by corruption.

There's hardly a cop on the job now who remembers Greylord. The length and breadth of the corruption was astounding. Ninety-three court employees were indicted including:
  • 17 judges (15 convicted)
  • 48 lawyers
  • 10 sheriff deputies
  • 8 cops
  • 1 state legislator
It was often said that if the feds had left the wires up, they would have gotten every single judge in Cook County along with a few aldercreatures, and Chicago would still have been the most corrupt city in America. And since that time, when we reached voting age, we have voted "No" for almost every single judge whenever they appeared on the ballot. Those we didn't vote "No" on, we left blank and we can count those judges on one hand with fingers left over.

If you want change, you vote for change. Vote out incumbents and vote out judges is a good start.

EARLY VOTING begins this morning, October 24th in all fifty wards, generally at a local library.

VOTE TRUMP and GOP!

Yeah...
Kinda like when the Feds took down the
Blagojevich "This Fucking Thing Is Golden"
wire because "you know who" was snagged
on an intercept and it would have been
"ticklish" for the hope & change crowd
to explain "you know who" sitting in the
witness chair giving grudging testimony
in Blago's defense.

It would have entertaining to say the least.

In addition to being a soothing balm and
counter-point to the local narration of
The Police being what's wrong with Chicago...

There is no reason a cop shouldn't vote. There is at least 1 early voting place in every district you can go to during the tour. So you actually have at least 2 whole weeks where you can go and vote.

Please Vote NO!!! on EVERY Judge.

The only way they might even consider policing and cleaning up their own judgeships is if they feel THEIR judgeship is threatened.

Don't like the stupid, senile judge in section whatever?
Wonder why his fellow judges don't get him booted?
They don't want to rock the boat.
They are willing to let him screw up other people's lives, because you might hate him, but you support his colleagues with your votes.
STOP! Vote them out too!
They may hang on, but if they know EVERYONE is vulnerable, they will get rid of the incompetents in the hope you start supporting the competent.

Make the Judges Accountable!

Find a sample ballot.

Google the politicians and pick the least bad one.

Anyone that says they support social justice, black lives matter, and the like is a BAD candidate.

Take an hour to look at the candidates. Share what you learn with your family and friends.

Slow down. Peggy Chiampas and Judge Kazmierski are good judges. My arrest of an 008th district homicide offender-stranger carjacks and murders a women at Ford City Mall, abducts her children and I get him in 011-results in death penalty by Kazmierski. Lets see you're typical "party politician judge" impose that! Now if only Ben Adamowski had beat Daley we might still have a city...

Burke and the Democratic machine has there hooks in almost all the judges on the bench. There are no independent judges. Unless you've dealt with a judge and know they're fair minded then vote NO on all the rest. A good judge doesn't have to find everyone guilty. There is no shortage of shit arrests that deserve NPC or an occasional not guilty.

There was a judge that always found people not guilty in traffic court and this was way after greylord. He was not on the take, he simply ruled for the defendant. On the flipside this judge always treated the police officer with resoect. He would ask if a continuance date worked for you, and he never disparaged the arresting officer in his ruling. That is the definition of a classy judge.

Voting formula for firing incumbents:

1. Indentify targeted Incumbent by name.

2. Locate targeted Incumbent name on ballot.

3. IF targeted Incumbent name is listed FIRST, vote for whichever candidate is listed LAST.

OR

4. IF targeted Incumbent name is NOT listed FIRST, vote for whichever candidate IS listed FIRST.

If sufficient quantity of voters cast their vote using this formula, targeted Incumbent will lose.

Even if targeted Incumbent does not lose, if significant number of voters cast their votes using this formula, evidence of effectiveness will appear in published vote totals.

The common political creatures will either never notice the use and effect of this formula or will dismiss/disregard it as unlikely to be utilized by any sufficient number of voters.

Like Bob, they will never see it coming.

The smaller the total votes cast, in any given political contest, the more effective a determined use of this formula will be.

Only incumbents with 0 opponents are immune.

And targeted Incumbents with multiple opponents are as fucked as if having only one opponent on the ballot.

I agree SCC, straight republican and no on every judge. Every election when I say this somebody makes a pretty compelling case that judge X, Y or Z deserves a fair shake and are friends of the police or other first responders, and they're no doubt right, but why take the chance?

True and the leftist media is trying to influence turnout by saying Donald Trump the only person standing up for the police and saving this country from totally imploding is losing. Like in Britain with the brexit vote where all the dishonest media and liberals said it would not pass and it passed overwhelmingly letting that country able to go back to the people. Britain was tired of that country being taken over by illegal invaders and they finally stopped it. Was in Poland recently for a trip beautiful they don't give illegals anything they pass through and ruin other countries bringing with them the third world diseases and massive crime waves. Are going to "make America great again" or allow it to fall into the abyss? Don't forget it is not just 4 years but the Supreme Court changes for the next 60 years which will change your children's lives in a declining way! Time for us to vote and vote in huge numbers! God bless the USA!

Clinton ultra-loyalist gave $500,000 to campaign of wife of FBI deputy director who oversaw probe into Hillary's emails

* Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe has been a long-time friend and backer of Hillary Clinton
* The PAC he controls gave $467,500 to the 2015 state Senate campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe in a drive to win control of the chamber
*McCabe's spouse, Andrew McCabe, later took on a job as the deputy director of the FBI
* In February McCabe became deputy FBI director, getting promoted from the Number Three job

Ahh mayor the police pension is not shored up so your going to put taxpayers on the hook again! You already skyrocketed property taxes! Guess this is the democratic way, praying for a huge Trump victory and Trump promises to remove the hundreds of millions in taxpayers money given to sanctuary cities like Chicago that want all the illegal invaders here, so the elected can keep pocketing millions!

Worst 26th street judges are Hooks, Claps, Howard, Obbish and Wilson. They all have a liberal agenda. They all frequently make findings that police officers are not credible in their testimony and make findings of not guilty based on that. Then the police get a lawsuit filed against them.

A couple observations - We should vote for the few pro police judges out there like Chiampas and Gaughn. Praising their rulings is a nice gesture but voting for them is more productive. Some of the ridiculous candidates like the pretend judge who was recently indicted are running in judicial sub circuits, so don't go nuts trying to locate her on your ballot.

Hello to all my friends who wear the BLUE.

Thank you so much for all of your positive comments. It was pleasure working with all of you. I started working for the School Sisters of Notre Dame at St. Michael's High School when I was only 14 years old. Last month I turned 64 years of age. The math here is simple. I've been working non-stop for the last 50 years! So I decided to retire.

But without a doubt, the last 10 years of my legal career were, by far, the most rewarding. Being able to finish my career as a judge was a true blessing. Thanks in large part to the unwavering support from the men and women of the Chicago Police Department especially when the press came after me when I had to run for retention in 2012. Thank you all and may God bless you and keep you safe and sound.

Fraternally yours, Judge Gloria Chevere (Retired)
