Be it power to tax, power to make law, power to define/adjudicate said law, power to selectively impose, or not impose, said law, whether civil or criminal in nature, and, that power of all powers.....to successfully manipulate many into not seeing what a fuckstick I really am.
2. There are no more surprising events in shit city and crook county than when something, anything, involving politicians, happens that is the opposite of feckless. I would even be less surprised at the Return of Our Savior.
3. Since #1 is not gonna ever change, not one bit, especially in those localities where this parasitical class has substantially consumed the host, (the marginal to magnificently determined MAGA populatuion, aka, the working, taxpaying citizens upon whom these parasites would be but dust without), the only treatment which can reduce the toxic presence of said parasites, and their means of feeding off the host, is an individual one.
As in, when opportunity knocks, in the form of the presence of those individuals whose natures and actions embody the means of these parasitical politicians, answer with full measure, full stop, and that is that certainty.
And forego the 15 minutes of fame.....it won't be fame and it won't last anywhere near as short a piece of your limited lifespan as 15 minutes.

Time is usually on our side. There is an officer that needs help of course do what you need to do. But almost all other cases should be handled accordingly, call for help, call for CIT or call for SWAT. No going in without asking questions and being informed of the situation, your only going to get a bad result. Stay safe educate yourselves with what “they want” and as crazy as it sounds give it to them! And if you can’t then retire if you don’t have the time get a new job therer’s a lot of good paying jobs out there where you don’t have to worry about going to jail for doing your job.

I couldn't agree with you more. My wife and I have been talking about "the move" now for a couple of years. We just attended the latest retirement seminar (I have exactly 15 months to mandatory retirement). Two of our 3 sons live in Michigan so we're kind of leaning toward moving there. We've lived in our neighborhood over 50 years. It's been like living in Mayberry to us; all our family lives within 2-3 miles of each other--big Irish/Lithuanian Catholic families. The whole situation is truly heartbreaking to us. I wish I could pick up my whole block and move it with us. We can't live in this atmosphere anymore. I really don't know where to go, though.

Be careful of where you go. Most states tax out of state pensions. Florida, Texas , Pennsylvania and I believe North Dakota are the exception. Was thinking of Wisconsin, 5% tax off the top. Jeez....you’d think they would like us up there. Retired with spendable income.

I'm just coming to roll call, listen for my assignment, answer my calls to the bare minimum and write paper as much as I can or when needed. Go home at the end of tour. Thank god I only have 5 more years to go, but something will pop up for work. This job was once a great honor to be a part off many moons ago. Now it's gone and it's not just happening here in our beloved department, it's all over the states in the USA. Bad times to be employed as an LEO. The money and benefits we make compared to the public sector are still amazingly good, but I think it's time to go before myself or any one of us lands in jail or fired. People of all law abiding walks are fed up of what America is turning into, and I smell civil or revolution coming....I just hope we all are on the right side........God Bless.

I'm on the job in the Boston are and while we don't have the same demographic issues as Chicago (for now at least) we have the same leftist cancer.
There are departments in the northeast that top out at $85-90K they can't get interested applicants, the ones that already here want to escape. OrdInary middle class workers are fleeing the state and being replaced by illegals and liberal permastudents. Illinois and the blue coasts are ready to implode and everyone should be looking elsewhere to live.
I couldn't agree with you more. My wife and I have been talking about "the move" now for a couple of years. We just attended the latest retirement seminar (I have exactly 15 months to mandatory retirement). Two of our 3 sons live in Michigan so we're kind of leaning toward moving there. We've lived in our neighborhood over 50 years. It's been like living in Mayberry to us; all our family lives within 2-3 miles of each other--big Irish/Lithuanian Catholic families. The whole situation is truly heartbreaking to us. I wish I could pick up my whole block and move it with us. We can't live in this atmosphere anymore. I really don't know where to go, though.

Maybe we should start looking into getting in some committees ourselves. Who approves Link card applicants? Section 8 applicants? Minority contractor bids? I have over 20 years experiment investigating fraud. Where do I sign up???
