- millions in heroin - bond $300
- repeated rape of a mentally infirm woman - bond $400
And when Van Dyke dared to talk to the media?
- $2,000 on top of an already $1.5 million dollar bond
Prosecutors had demanded revocation and forfeiture of the bond.

so two days ago i read about the insanely low bonds for the esteemed members of the cook county criminal cartel. then yesterday ( tuesday ) i heard two revrunds on 780 am news demanding the reassignment of two crook county judges, one a judge likes, the other an irish named judge. they were incensed by unaffordable bails given to community members and vowed to fight for affordable bonds saying the status quo was outrageous. 5.00 felony bonds i guess are an insult to the criminal cartel. i bet if you followed the money you would find a connection to a certain politician running for mayor thats a woman that looks like a man. i would have to say that the judges are fetal also, pay day and pension are the only thing on the agenda for the cartel judges. welcome to gotham city. this town needs an enema!

The judges are now routinely asking a very stupid question when assigning bonds: How much can you afford? The question needs to be: How much can you, or whoever is bonding you out, afford NOT to lose?

Rapist who was given low bond of $400 had his sister, (who is retired clerk at same courthouse as Judge Stanley Hill) at bond hearing. Judge was heard calling rapist sister by her first name. Illinois voters, and Cook Co. residents especially, want more criminals on the street. They want low or recog bonds for criminals awaiting trial, extremely high charging thresholds, and (if convicted) very light sentences that amount to vocational school or a slap on the wrist.
We know this is what voters demand because election results for pro-criminal politicians (any Madigan lapdog), prosecutors (Raoul, Foxx), and judges speak for themselves.

Did you stop and think that he could now be a DEA informant? The Feds hate to lose money and get punished when they piss away money on informants. These new low bonds could all be FBI and DEA doings.
Yeah, they put a much larger bond on the one who was financially able + more likely to flee the homicide, not theft, charges he was likely to be found guilty of... That's accurate.
