A top administrator and investigator at Chicago's Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) received a federal "PPP" loan of $21,106 for an alleged babysitting business while she was a full-time employee of the agency.
That's according to a review of U.S. Small Business Administration records by Chicago City Wire.
Sharday Jackson, "deputy chief administrator" at COPA, where she leads investigations into civilian allegations of police misconduct, was approved for the loan for her "child day care services" company, which she said had a single employee, on May 20, 2021, records show.
Jackson told her lender, Phoenix-based Prestamos CDFI LLC, that she needed a $20,832 federally-backed loan to cover "payroll" for her single employee. The loan accrued $274 in interest before being forgiven by the federal government, covered by taxpayers.

I’ve heard others talk about and post about Yolanda Talley, chief of internal affairs. Is she untouchable? She clearly has got a fraudulent PPP loan. She is a disgrace. She prances around like nothing will ever happen, likely because it probably never will. What a double standard, sad state of affairs, Yolanda you are a total embarrassment.

All of the sudden, families who usually struggled to put food on the tables were taking their kids to Disney World.
So she pays HER babysitter, then when Covid lockdown begins, she claims her babysitter as furloughed "employee" to collect PPP loan in amount she pays her babysitter? That's one smart lady, gaming the PPP system.

I know it’s hard to take pride in your job in this current atmosphere of police hating, but if this is true, it was a long time coming. They have been lax in enforcement of this for some time. Everyone knows the standards when they are hired. Is it asking a lot to come to work in the prescribed uniform and properly groomed? It’s called a uniform for a reason. Either you have rules, or you have anarchy. Flame away.

You can blame Jimmah Carter and Willie Jeff Clinton for the 2008 housing crash. The Community Reinvestment Act forced banks to give loans to deadbeats or face the wrath of the government. I swear the left wants to destroy the country with all the harmful policies they enact.
Remember when the city council stopped budgeting for the office created to have Aldermanic oversight, because they found out the guy heading it might actually be doing his job? The office was literally closed overnight and boxes of papers destroyed or disappeared. Whatever happened to that guy? Barely a blip of media attention. This city is beyond corrupt. It is innately within our DNA to pursue and apprehend the bad guy to prevent additional crime and bring them to justice ⚖ which can be very hard not to do and unless it's in you, you won't and can not understand. It a strange feeling not to respond and react- like going against every fiber of your being. Hard to do. Very, very hard but something that can be learned or rather has to be learned

The difficulty lies not within the native desire to protect, which is far more common a trait, rather in the resolve to not kill the mother fuckers, which does, naturally, prevent further commissions of crime.
