Another SAFE-T Act Win
A man with a long, violent history of randomly attacking women in downtown Chicago is accused of doing it again, this time knocking a 56-year-old woman unconscious and leaving her with severe facial fractures in the Loop.
William Livingston, 32, has been the focus of CWBChicago stories four other times since 2022, with each of those stories documenting more and more women he had randomly attacked.
Now, prosecutors say Livingston is responsible for another horrific attack in the Loop.

Maybe he’ll be released and then miss court and instead of a warrant being issued the court can send out a post card that serves as a reminder that he has a pending court date. This is really the dumbest shit ever passed into law.

Are the victims just White ? Maybe he should be charged with hate crimes. How many unreported homicides has this guy caused? Homicide victims found on street and are reported as a natural death from falling down. It sure helps to keep the murder rate down!

The whole "hate crimes" thing doesn't work when darker races exclusively go after whites - the "thought process" (I use those words very loosely) is that blacks / browns can't be racist, because they have no power. I'd say that a guy who's twice as large as his victim does have power and chooses to use it against PWC (people without color), but I'm not part of the judicial system, just an observer with a little common sense.
