What do you call it when the City is in actual communication with people planning violence?

 So in the past few weeks, without any effort whatsoever, Trump has gotten democrats to:

• fight for ILLEGAL ALIENS over citizens;
• advocate for high crime in blue shithole cities;
• defend tranny school shooters;
• and after the drone strike in the Caribbean, support dope smugglers. 

If there are records of City officials' communications with these "progressive groups" planning violence, we might actually see Conehead perp-walked into federal custody. You know there probably isn't a single City phone in Chicago that doesn't have a wiretap on it at this point and emails exist forever..
