• As finger-pointing among Philadelphia prosecutors now moves into a federal criminal investigation, anxiety may be growing for prosecutors who served under former Chicago state’s attorney Kimberly Foxx.

  U.S. Federal Judge Paul Diamond has referred criminal investigation against Philadelphia prosecutor Larry Krasner and possibly some attorneys serving under him. In the wake of this referral, tensions are high among prosecutors, according to Big Trial journalist Ralph Cipriano.

  “Over at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, people are on edge because any day now, they expect to either get a call from the FBI, or get served with a summons to appear before a federal grand jury,” Cipriano wrote.

  Is it time for Chicago prosecutors serving under former top prosecutor Kim Foxx to start getting nervous, as well?

Prosecutors in Philly, along with Cook County, Baltimore, Philadelphia and St. Louis, and urban counties such as Alameda (Oakland), Fairfax (Virginia) and Hillsborough (Tampa) subverted the law by unilaterally altering or completely doisregarding what was passed by the respective state legislatures, dramatically undercharging serious crimes and freeing repeat felons to offend again and again and again. This was called "progressive."

Go read it all - it's a good take on an issue that needs to be addressed, namely how democrats love criminals at the expense of all decent people.

• Three officials within the U.S. Secret Service’s communications office – including the agency’s top spokesman, Anthony Guglielmi – have been removed from their posts and stripped of their security clearances as investigators examine how classified or sensitive information reached the press, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

  The three were escorted from Secret Service headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Monday and formally designated “do not admit,” meaning they are barred from entering agency facilities, two sources told RealClearPolitics, which first reported on the suspensions. One of those sources said both the FBI and CIA are participating in the inquiry, pointing to a probe with more weight than a routine internal personnel matter.

• A socialist lawmaker in New York City has claimed “biological need” gives shoplifters the right to steal from store shelves.

  State Assemblywoman Emily Gallagher, who describes herself as a “neighborhood organizer” and “democratic socialist,” made her comments on Thursday outside Manhattan Criminal Court, the New York Post reported Saturday.

  She was joined by members of Court Watch NYC, which claimed they monitored hundreds of arraignments for several days and found half of those cases were misdemeanors.

  Gallagher said:

  Most of what we saw were crimes of poverty-people who are stealing things like toothpaste, people who were stealing things like, you know, soap. And that means if you’re stealing those things, you need them. And we are choosing to protect billion-dollar companies, like CVS and Walgreens, over the people who are struggling to get by. So I would say that the true crime is that there is such incredible wealth disparity in this city that there are people who can be thrown in jail simply for having a biological need.

• Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers will soon receive gloves that deliver a painful electric jolt to those who choose to fight rather than comply.

  They are called G.L.O.V.E., or Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter, and work like a Taser. If someone becomes any kind of physical threat to the officer or chooses to become physically combative rather than comply, the G.L.O.V.E. delivers a shock.

  “ICE plans to spend up to $20 million to purchase thousands of ‘conductive distraction and de-escalation devices’ for officers and agents by March,” reports the far-left Associated Press.

  “Compliant Technologies says the devices function as a normal pair of patrol gloves until officers press a switch to activate their electrical mode,” adds the AP. “The gloves must be applied directly to someone’s skin to deliver a pain stimulus that typically helps an officer gain compliance within seconds, according to the company.”

It would certainly be amusing if the switch was "accidentally" left on during a pat down.

Just be careful shaking hands with the ICE people though. 

Governors Run States, Right?

But not Porkulous - he's only concerned about what might generate national interest in a presidential run:

• Gov. JB Pritzker said he has not seen the video of an Illinois State Police trooper shooting an unarmed woman to death in January, though he reiterated trust in the department’s leadership on Wednesday.

  “So, I have to admit that the details of the decision about that, I do not know. So, it’s very hard for me to have a reaction,” Pritzker said at an unrelated event in Chicago, though he later referred to the woman who was shot as a “victim.”

  He was specifically asked about the St. Clair County state’s attorney’s decision not to file charges against trooper Gary Blake Novack for shooting and killing Rachel Tarrence, a mother of three, during a traffic stop in East St. Louis on Jan. 4.

  By contrast, the governor has said he watched “frame by frame” the video of a federal immigration officer fatally shooting a woman in Minneapolis three days after the Illinois shooting.

So he saw the bullet hits to the front of the vehicle? The ones that could only have been fired by someone standing directly in the line of travel? Or the events leading up to the shooting where the deceased disobeyed lawful and legal orders by the Officers?

The good news is that in the latest New Hampshire polling, Fata$$ didn't even break 1% of the polling, so the nation is probably safe from him gaining national office.

• The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer asking Governor J.B. Pritzker and Illinois sanctuary politicians to not release from jail a Venezuelan criminal illegal alien who was arrested on felony charges of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a child in Kane County, Illinois.

  According to local reporting, Janio Gionel Velasquez-Muro, a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela, pursued a 9-year-old who was riding her bike in Pingree Grove, forcing her into a nearby vehicle where he sexually assaulted her. The suspect initially fled the scene but was arrested afterward through forensic evidence on June 30, 2026. Velasquez-Muro now faces charges of aggravated kidnapping of a child, predatory criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation of a child.

Given recent democrat history, you can almost guarantee he'll take the side of the criminal:

• The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement condemning Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and his fellow sanctuary politicians after they granted a pardon for an illegal alien who had been convicted of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

  On June 10, 2026, the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission voted to grant a pardon for Tou Lue Vang, a criminal illegal alien from Laos. Vang had been convicted in 2006 of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

  Vang was set to be removed from the country imminently after the pardon was announced. Now, the pardon could thwart his removal from the United States.

Thankfully, the Executive Branch still reigned supreme in the Minnesota case:

• An illegal alien child rapist from Laos who was set for deportation until Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and the State Board of Pardons granted him clemency has been removed from the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News Digital.

  Rubio stepped in to terminate Tue Lue Vang's legal status in the U.S. and ensure that Walz's actions would not create roadblocks for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) removing him from the country.

  [...] Rubio told Fox News Digital, "Americans should never have to live in fear that foreign sex predators — shielded from deportation by their own elected officials — could endanger them or their children. That's why I terminated his legal status in the United States," he continued. "Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again."

This may be Porky's "Dukakis moment."

Chicago is going to have a shitload fewer minority contractors around after 2026:

• The Obama Presidential Center was billed as a lasting legacy to former President Barack Obama, and its construction was touted as an ambitious model built with aggressive goals for minority-owned and local businesses.

  But now, some of the very subcontractors who helped build the 19.3-acre campus on Chicago’s South Side say they are facing financial ruin as they race to recover millions of dollars they claim remain unpaid ahead of the center's grand opening Friday. Overall construction costs were reported to be $830 million in 2021, and have likely climbed past the $1 billion mark.

  A Fox News Digital investigation identified multiple construction firms claiming losses ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to tens of millions. The allegations cut against one of the Center's defining goals: helping minority-owned businesses and local contractors grow through one of Chicago's highest-profile construction projects. Several of the complaints reviewed by Fox News Digital come from firms that were supposed to benefit from that mission. 

And that maintenance fund? 

• The allegations emerge days after a Fox News Digital investigation reported that the Obama Foundation’s reserve fund — originally promoted as a $470 million financial safeguard intended to help protect taxpayers if the project encountered financial trouble — remains funded at roughly $1 million.

The good news is he's polling worse than ever:

• A new public opinion poll says Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker remains low on the list of voters’ preferred choices in the 2028 Democratic Party primary election for president.

  The Center Square Voters' Voice Poll was conducted by Noble Predictive Insights, a nonpartisan public opinion polling firm, from June 1-4, 2026 and surveyed registered voters nationally.

  Former Vice President Kamala Harris finished first with 27% of the vote among 1,013 Democrats who responded. 17% said they were not sure.

  Next was California Gov. Gavin Newsom at 14%, former U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg at 11% and New York U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at 8%.

  Pritzker and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear both came in at 2%.

The bad news is that means Illinois is stuck with his ass

• Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is speaking out following the death of Loyola student Sheridan Gorman, saying her family deserves justice.

  In a statement on Friday, a spokesperson for the governor says Gorman’s family "remains in Governor Pritzker’s thoughts."

  "The family of Sheridan Gorman remains in Governor Pritzker’s thoughts as they grieve and navigate the unimaginable loss of their daughter," the statement said. "He believes the person responsible for their daughter’s death needs to be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law and with the entire weight and urgency of our justice system that her family deserves."

Well, gee whiz guv, let's start with a list of people directly responsible, shall we?

• first and foremost, the trigger puller. An ILLEGAL ALIEN who should have (and could have) been deported months ago if ICE had been free to do their jobs without interference from an entire list of anti-American, anti-Law-and-Order democrats;
• the previous administration who allowed the ILLEGAL ALIEN into the country, apprehended him a few times, and released him to offend again;
• the judges who released him in spite of a number of arrests and bail violations that should have kept him in custody pending a deportation; 

Not to mention Conehead and Porkulous who encouraged disobedience to Federal Law once a proper Administration was installed by the voters. 

Oh, and the "fullest extent" of accountability might involve something looking like a Death Penalty so as to ensure consequences for actions. 

Manufactured Outrage

As reported a few weeks ago, the City Council is attempting to outlaw membership in "extremist groups" by police officers (but not other city departments). They've tried to pass this ordinance a bunch of times but it keeps running into legal objections, not the least of which is no one seems to be able to define what makes a group "extremist." 

So the brainiac aldermorons pretty much relied on organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center to define "extremist," which ended up being anyone leaning just a little bit to the right side of the political spectrum.

Look who just got indicted for funding these "extremist" groups....and then fundraising off of that very "extremism" that they funded:

• The Department of Justice announced Tuesday that a grand jury indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center for making fraudulent payments of millions of dollars to members of the Ku Klux Klan and other neo-Nazi organizations.

  Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said at a news conference that the 11-count indictment filed in an Alabama federal court alleged the left-wing nonprofit had in the past decade paid at least $3 million to eight members of the far-right groups.

  One leader of the 2017 Unite the Right protest in Charlottesville, Va., received roughly $270,000 over an eight-year period.

The racism that polluted the country for so many years was literally on the verge of being consigned to the dustbin of history as minorities were making great strides in education, business and economic opportunities. Wonder of wonders, some black guy even ran for president and won.

But it's hard to raise funds from people who are doing well. In fact, people who do well gradually start to want to keep their wealth and pass it on to their children....and to do that, they start voting that way. Leftists couldn't have that, so suddenly everything was racist again. When racism couldn't be found often enough, it was manufactured. And when it couldn't be manufactured, it was purchased by organizations like the SPLC.

And now finally, the truth is coming out. 

Feds Step In; Conehead Steps on D@#$

Good news on one front:

• Chicago’s top federal prosecutor said he’s taking “no chances” that Sheridan Gorman’s alleged killer will be released, filing an illegal gun possession charge Thursday against the Venezuelan immigrant already charged with the murder of the Loyola University Chicago freshman.

  No federal court date has been scheduled for Jose Medina, 25, who was ordered detained Friday by a state court judge in connection with Gorman’s slaying. Medina’s attorney actually asked Cook County Circuit Court Judge D’Anthony Thedford to hold Medina in jail so he won’t be deported.

  Now the feds have charged Medina with possessing a Smith & Wesson .40-caliber semiautomatic pistol while being unlawfully present in the United States, a charge carrying a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

Obviously, state courts cannot be trusted not to SAFE-T Act the killer free to either flee or kill again, so this is a good thing.

In the meantime, Conehead continues to place criminal ILLEGAL ALIENS above Chicagoans:

• Chicago, Illinois, Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) is responding to 18-year-old Sheridan Gorman’s murder, allegedly at the hands of an illegal alien, by saying the federal government ought to pass amnesty for illegal aliens.

  During a press conference this week, Johnson was asked about his remarks at a recent No Kings rally in Chicago in which he said, “We have to end the assaults against immigrants,” just as Sheridan Gorman’s family was holding the Loyola University freshman’s funeral service and burial.

Nothing about the rape of a Mather HS Student by an ILLEGAL ALIEN. And skipping over the murder of a Loyola student by another ILLEGAL ALIEN. That's just two high profile crimes committed by people who broke the law by entering and remaining in the country. No one is "assault[ing]" ILLEGAL ALIENS. In fact, they're the ones assaulting Federal agents when they resist lawful arrest.

We trust everyone has seen Porkulous in his campaign commercials, talking about how much he likes walking on the lakefront, talking to citizens (all while his security team is off to one side) and has no problem that an eighteen-year-old was just walking on the lakefront with friends hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights when she was executed by an ILLEGAL ALIEN. 

Hypocrisy knows no bounds.

  Grandfather Richard Williams succumbed to his injuries March 17 after he was allegedly pushed onto the tracks with another man while waiting for a train at the Lexington Avenue-63rd Station just before noon March 8, authorities and sources said.

  His alleged attacker, Honduran national Bairon Hernandez, 34, was arrested March 10 at a homeless shelter — and his charges have been upgraded to second-degree murder following Williams’ death, court records show.

So if anyone is denying women the right to vote, it would be officials in Illinois making that determination. Not only that, but there are already a number of Laws in place whereby - if you cannot afford it - free official copies will be provided for birth, marriage and divorce certificates, passed by dumbocrats in Illinois years ago.

No one is getting a free passport of course. If you can afford to travel, you can afford a passport,and we know hundreds of people who have never set foot outside of the country and even a few outside of Illinois.

That Thing That Never Happens....

....happened again, this time in Virginia:

• Earlier this week, we told you how Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger is going to the mattresses to defend a violent illegal immigrant who murdered a woman at a Fairfax County bus stop. Stephanie Minter, a mother, got off a bus in Fairfax last week and was followed by Abdul Jalloh, 32, a criminal illegal alien with dozens of prior arrests. Jalloh allegedly stabbed Minter, who died from her wounds. Spanberger's administration is demanding that ICE obtain a judicial warrant before it releases this violent criminal into ICE custody.

  That, of course, is a trap. Democrats have been pushing for judicial warrants because they know the process to obtain those warrants means it will literally take hundreds of years to deport the criminal illegals. But more than that, Jalloh was known to Fairfax County prosecutor Steve Descano. Descano's office released Jalloh on numerous occasions, despite a history of violent crimes.

  [...] But now things are getting worse for Spanberger and Descano, as reporter Nick Minock reveals that the Fairfax County Police Department warned Descano's office about Jalloh in November of last year.

And thanks to the FOIA efforts, the emails are now in public record of the warnings....and the governor ignoring the very specific worries of the police department.

Blue state $hitholes cost another woman her life at the hands of an ILLEGAL ALIEN with an extensive criminal record. Someone who should have been deported without hesitation.

Threading the Needle

O'Neill-Burke was in a difficult spot. As part of the demo-socialist-communist party, she was under orders to fight everything Trump in service of the party....like a cult.

But being a somewhat intelligent person who knows more of the Law than most, she was hesitant to but into the brainwashed response that blue-state $hitholes are running with. 

She was therefore judged to be insufficiently insurrection-y and was taking a beating in the media. So now she has released a "blueprint" for "accountability" that gets her some cover from the left while couching it in terms that might fool stupid people, but broadcasts to the Feds that there won't be much she can actually do:

• The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office unveiled a sweeping new protocol Thursday to pursue criminal charges against federal immigration agents who use unlawful force, but a close reading of the document makes clear that actually prosecuting a federal agent in state court faces enormous legal obstacles that could prevent any case from ever reaching a jury.

  State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke said her office adopted the Federal Immigration Enforcement Action Response Protocol to prepare for what she called an unprecedented situation: the possibility of bringing state felony charges against a federal immigration officer for on-duty conduct. The protocol’s development was prompted, Burke’s office said, by an immigration surge in Minneapolis in which agents fatally shot two civilians in separate incidents.

  “No one is above the law — including both ICE agents and prosecutors,” Burke said in a statement. “If a federal law enforcement agent commits a crime, my office will not hesitate to act, in accordance with state law.”

  But the new six-page protocol devotes significant space to cataloguing the very legal doctrines that could make the prosecution of a federal agent nearly impossible and candidly acknowledges at least some of those limitations.

It's a nice attempt, but she should expect a number of primary challengers in a few years.

One....Maybe More

Another Illinois Congressional seat is on the way out:

• Despite three straight years of population growth, Illinois lost nearly 445,000 people since 2020. That puts it on track to lose a congressional seat in 2030 when new maps are drawn.

  The COVID-19 pandemic created a backlog of visa applications from 2021 to 2023. That period under former President Joe Biden had international immigration increases offset fewer births and more deaths among aging Baby Boomers, according to the Brennan Center.

  The trend slowed starting in 2024. The second Trump term has “pursued much more restrictive immigration policies, the contours of which are still evolving,” as people being admitted for humanitarian reasons has been reduced and deportation efforts have increased. 

And if a couple of current bills in the pipeline get passed, ILLEGAL ALIENS will not be counted in the census and will not count toward representation. That could jeopardize yet another spot, which fully explains (and pretty much proves) the Great Replacement theory and why democrats no longer trust the black community to vote for who they're told to vote for.

Must be Election Season

You can tell because democrats are pretending they care about the center:

• While in Germany for the Munich Security Conference, Hillary Clinton participated in a panel titled, “The West-West Divide: What Remains of Common Values.”

  During the panel, Clinton appeared to take a stronger approach to her previous stance on border security.

  “There is a legitimate reason to have a debate about things like migration,” Clinton said.

  “It went too far, it’s been disruptive and destabilizing, and it needs to be fixed in a humane way with secure borders that don’t torture and kill people and how we’re going to have a strong family structure because it is at the base of civilization,” she added.

So just ignore the previous four years of open borders, tens of millions of un-vetted ILLEGAL ALIENS released into the country and the countless hundreds of billions of tax dollars that weren't spent on American citizens.

And just to make sure, guess who's undercutting their front runner?

• Barack Obama took a thinly-veiled jab at California Gov. Gavin Newsom over the homeless “atrocity” in Los Angeles Saturday.

  During a conversation with YouTuber Brian Tyler Cohen, Obama explained: “We should recognize that the average person doesn’t want to have to navigate around a tent city in the middle of downtown.

  ”That’s a losing political strategy.”

So now homelessness is bad and it's open season on Newscum.

Watch for the new Virginia governor Spanberger to be the new face of the party. Then remember she worked for the CIA, is a long time globalist who thinks Europe is something to emulate, and uncontrolled immigration is a good thing.

Voter ID

So democrats are claiming requiring a valid government ID is the new "Jim Crow voter suppression" and they're telling lie after lie about "If you don't have a passport, you can't vote" or "If you got married and changed your name, you can't vote" or "If you're poor, you can't afford the passport fee so you can't vote."

These are all lies, made to trick the uneducated and misinformed into panicking.

But let's take it to it's logical extreme then (from our e-mail):

• Since you've made it crystal clear that requiring an ID to exercise a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT is "disenfranchisement" and "the new Jim Crow," I have a proposal.
  
  
  The Second Amendment is a constitutional right. Voting is a constitutional right. You claim requiring ID to vote suppresses people from exercising their right. Okay. Then requiring ID to purchase a firearm suppresses people from exercising THEIR right. Same logic. Same constitution. Same argument.
  
  
  So here's my challenge to every Republican in Congress: introduce a bill TOMORROW that eliminates ALL identification requirements for purchasing firearms. No background checks. No ID. No waiting periods. Nothing. If Democrats truly believe that ID requirements prevent citizens from exercising constitutional rights, they'll HAVE to support it. Right?

The savings alone in disbanding the ATF would be amazing.

You need ID to buy liquor, enter assorted government buildings, travel on an airplane, get treatment at a hospital, conduct business at a bank, and any of a million other daily tasks. Remember how they were pushing "COVID passports" to go outside, eat at restaurants, even visit dying relatives in nursing homes? 

But an ID to vote, arguably the most important duty as a LEGAL CITIZEN, is suddenly "Jim Crow 2.0"?
