Another Illinois Congressional seat is on the way out:
Despite three straight years of population growth, Illinois lost nearly 445,000 people since 2020. That puts it on track to lose a congressional seat in 2030 when new maps are drawn.
The COVID-19 pandemic created a backlog of visa applications from 2021 to 2023. That period under former President Joe Biden had international immigration increases offset fewer births and more deaths among aging Baby Boomers, according to the Brennan Center.
The trend slowed starting in 2024. The second Trump term has “pursued much more restrictive immigration policies, the contours of which are still evolving,” as people being admitted for humanitarian reasons has been reduced and deportation efforts have increased.
And if a couple of current bills in the pipeline get passed, ILLEGAL ALIENS will not be counted in the census and will not count toward representation. That could jeopardize yet another spot, which fully explains (and pretty much proves) the Great Replacement theory and why democrats no longer trust the black community to vote for who they're told to vote for.

Illinois will continue the way it is until they have voters who change the way they vote.

The people who are leaving are the most productive ones and the seniors living on government pension earned here. Even the fact that Illinois doesn't tax pensions wont keep people here. But hey, let's bring in more people with no work ethic who only want or need to be taken care of.
Warm bodies needed to boost Census data population count. Doesn't matter if they're illiterate gangbangers with criminal records, military-age unskilled labor likely to form new underclass here in Illinois.
Don’t worry, Cook County will redraw the map to take that seat away from red Southern Illinois.

I’m glad Illinois will lose another congressional seat, this state is crooked and is a literal dumpster fire. The only bad part is all these urban chicagoans are moving to northwest Indiana ruining it. I had one arrestee bragging about having a home there because it’s so cheap. However, they need to get rid of birthright citizenship, China already has one million eligible voters by abusing this outdated concept.

The democrat party got what it could from blacks for over 60 years. Blacks still vote 90%+ straight democrat in spite of what the democrat party has done to the black family, black schools, and the black community as a whole. When a significant part of your “community” surrenders its right to think for itself and follow direction given by some bought off “preacher “, you get this. Now the democrats are on to Hispanics as we saw so clearly here in Chicago where the black mayor was rolling out the red carpet to felony illegal aliens and displacing blacks from their own schools and community centers. A few blacks actually had the courage to speak out, but not nearly enough. Getting Hispanics to embrace the filth put forward by the democrat party won’t be easy. Their culture is not aligned with any of it.
