Marlon Miller returned to a Cook County courtroom on Friday, accused of randomly attacking three women in the Loop this week at a time he was supposed to be confined to his home on electronic monitoring for randomly attacking four other women in the Loop.
The alleged attacks occurred just days after a judge refused to keep him in jail despite another judge’s warning that the 40-year-old had a “very violent history,” a prosecutorial request to keep Miller in jail, and intense public scrutiny of the county’s electronic monitoring failures following the CTA train fire attack that left a woman gravely injured.
And these judges are?
[...] On October 10, Chicago police arrested him in the 100 block of East Lake Street on misdemeanor reckless conduct charges. [...] Judge Luciano Panici, Jr. released him the next day.
Then, around noon on November 15, Miller was arrested inside a Dunkin’ in the 7500 block of North Paulina Street after a 22-year-old woman said he slapped her across the face. [...] Judge Susana Ortiz, noting Miller’s three recent battery convictions, ordered him onto electronic monitoring administered by the chief judge’s office. Court records show Miller failed to appear in court 5 days later... [...]
[...] Prosecutors attempted to resolve the situation on December 1 by asking Judge Peter Gonzalez to detain Miller in custody due to the escalating number of random attacks and his repeated violations of electronic monitoring. [...] Gonzalez refused to detain Miller and sent him home again on an ankle monitor.

The judges really have to experience their actions first hand.
In the meantime the actions of Miller will unfortunately force a copper to make Miller permanently late for his next birthday. The family will suddenly come out of the woodwork with the bloodsucking lawyer in tow shout Miller was a good boy with mental issues and did not deserve to die.Department gets sued, copper gets sued, City gets sued and the family hits the ghetto lottery. And then the who cycle starts over again, with another mutt and the lawmakers who refuse to protect society from these mutts.
He needs to throw a snowball through a judges window or maybe throw a root beer in the face of a Democrat political hack. That's guaranteed to get him locked up. Peasants attacking peasants doesn't rise to judicial attention. It will only change when the right people get set on fire. Nothing to see here.
The judges are an epidemic, stupid people making stupid decisions
Nothing is going to change until there’s a mechanism to hold them responsible, and civilly liable. If they were able to be sued for these decisions they’d change their tune real quick.
It would be great to have a list of these judges. And if the Republicans (if there are any) could gain a lot of traction in upcoming elections.
These judges are literally ruling from on high. They do not move or live among the human garbage they release each and every day. Make 10,000 inmates at Cook county jail great again. REMEMBER when it was OFTEN mentioned on the TV news (back when we watched it) how many inmate were being held in county?

We need a credible organization to conduct a county wide campaign come election time to eliminate a list of bad judges. Most people do not have a clue and vote for the list given to them by the democratic workers.

While they don't come right out and order them to do things, they speak in enough generality that the sickos out there are willing to take up the cause and continue the destruction of American society. "Blue Slips" are a political tradition not written into law whereas a U.S. Senator can approve or disapprove a federal judicial nominee according to his or her party's wishes. So one senator has control of federal level judges often very loyal to the party that put them on the high courts according to the one party authoritarian's rule.
Similarly, Cook County judges are "blessed" by the Cook County president, the Cook County board, other high ranking democrat cabal, the various good 'ole boy bar associations, all running on a members only country club party banner. And the everyday peasant who pays their salaries and pays the freight for their legal bureaucracy are duped into thinking courts are "fair", "impartial", and "promote public interests" absent extreme political social activism. Bar associations are in on the scam giving their fellow democrat nominees a "highly recommended" endorsement pushing cooperating loyal lawyers across the line on behalf of the party. Cook County shenanigans with their version of Blue Slips.

Make these judges the talk of every Christmas party and social gathering of their neighbors. find a law&order pac, a union, or nonprofit to pay the postage. or just pass the hat. for less than a grand you can hit 1,000 homes with your message "be careful, these judges are releasing dangerous criminals to harm your children" (google EDDM USPS for best rates)

Gonzalez began his legal career as a Cook County Assistant Public Defender for eight years now giving back to the accused for all the years of injustice he observed in the courtrooms. His bio identifies him as a solid democrat seeking social justice. One has to wonder if a Jan 6 associated person was to appear before his bench if he could must up courage to assign an electronic monitor or most likely, order solitary confinement with stale bread and water.
Democrat market themselves as the party protecting women and their rights. Seems like the democrat judges are releasing predators who violate and perpetrate hands on violent crimes against the vulnerable women on the public way. Get that women's vote on advocating strong democrat policy fallacies.

I just took class and got CC one year ago. I remember a discussion about this in class with strong arguments but I seem to remember the arguments occurring because the law does not say you have to inform the officer. We were told officer will know you have card from your plates but the instructor never said we had to inform officer and people were arguing whether it was a good idea to inform because it seemed like there was no requirement to volunteer that info. Of course you have to answer if asked.
Now I’ve got to go look at law again but real cops, please weigh in.
