That CTA rider with the two hammers that we posted about a few days ago....he's been identified:

Meet Eric F. Vinson and his THIRTY prior arrests for different levels of assault, with and without deadly weapons. But you know, "crime is down."

This guy doesn't just have a forehead....or a five-head. Hell, that thing is even beyond an eight-head. But it would make an excellent backstop if he approaches us anywhere on the public way.
