The crime championed by democrats gets closer to home:
The garage of former Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot was struck by gunfire Thursday evening in Logan Square on the Northwest Side.
Around 5:40 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the block where the former mayor lives and found a bullet lodged in the garage, Chicago police and Joanna Klonsky, a spokesperson for Lightfoot said.
No one was home at the time and no injuries were reported, according to Klonsky.
She still has a "spokesperson" in addition to the remnants of the security detail?
How long until they re-station a car in the alley?

Bullets go up….they gotta come down somewhere
Her neighbor's garage and a house were hit by bullets a few years ago. There were also a few homicides a couple blocks away. I bet she thought she lived in the "nice neighborhood."

Zero fucks given. That clown ought not to have any "detail" whatsoever. If she wants it, she can pay for private security out of her pocket. Let her take the CCL class, pay for it, wait for her license and she can carry like everyone else when she gets her hair did.

I guess that means there was no security detail posted at the Alley? Why? Lightfoot still has a personal security detail for here and her wife and child?
Or should I say, on the books the City is allegedly paying for a Lightfoot detail?
Start cutting the Aldermen staff and personnel security details. And see if they can walk down street in Chicago? Like the rest of us have to do?

There are at least 200 police officers assigned as bodyguards ( drivers) and I bet if the past is prologue there are many more. It used to be common for officers in the districts to be detailed out for special assignments ( bodyguards) and never hit the official count. Imagin taking at least 100 of these officers and putting them on the CTA ?
