The city is just an ATM to everyone it’s gonna collapse and you will all lose your pensions. Just wait till your pension payments will stop being deposited it’s gonna be soon and by design.
This is not the first time he has made sense in the last year or so. Maybe it’s just part of the natural maturation process.
