Is everyone facing murder charges or the death penalty nowadays mentally handicapped, disabled and what not? At least his lawyer got ahead of the curve and didn’t wait till sentencing to make that claim.

Jose Medina can’t be that brain damaged if he traveled from Venezuelan to Chicago. Medina committed a variety of crimes while in Chicago, got a weapon, shot a student on the lakefront, and made a shank while in prison. Medina should be in prison as long as his victim is dead.
