Half assed reorganization
They STILL haven't figure out what sections are controlling what divisions (or is it divisions controlling sections?) and who's reporting to who. What is it with this Department? Someone gets some bright f#$%ing idea to reorganize 10% of the manpower and it goes on for three days PLUS the weekend. Are they sleepwalking through this entire thing? I need that boss's job; I can sleepwalk through work with the best of them. Would it help at all to maybe think this through and put it on paper AND have a meeting or two BEFORE pulling the trigger on it? Yeah, most of it's paperwork and nothing ever changes in the Department. But alot of it involves restructuring the way we do things. Important things. Whatever I suppose.
Another thing that never changes is coppers bitching about changes :)
