Solving the Immigrant Problem
All the whining on the Left AND the Right about how we can't deport 12 million illegals? Seems that you don't really have to actually physically deport 12 million. From the Channel 2 News website:
- Fewer parents are walking their children to school in this border city's Linda Vista neighborhood. The crowd of day laborers huddled in a parking lot outside McDonald's has dropped by half.
- A sense of unease has spread in this community of weather-worn homes since immigration agents began walking the streets as part of a stepped-up nationwide effort targeting an estimated 590,000 immigrant fugitives. Other illegal immigrants are being rounded up along the way.
A few raids, a few deportations, a little enforcement of existing rules and suddenly "A sense of unease" grips the illegals. Start cracking down on businesses that employ illegals and they'll start running back across the border and applying for citizenship properly. Now if only Karl Rove will bend W's ear and provide a little support to what 80+% of all Americans want (including democrats), November will be a complete nightmare for Lefty, William, Malcolm and the rest of the fever swamp leftists.

If the Feds stepped up and enforced the immigration laws already in place, then illegals would start to get the hint and fewer and fewer would opt to stay here.
I think we're seeing the first indications that the governments' "crackdown" is a step in the right direction.

The comparatively few Polish here illegally entered the country legally, found jobs, like the place, and overstayed their visa. They didn't swim across the Atlantic or hide out in a boxcar. They're not a fraction of the crime problem the Puerto Ricans are and only the turkeys seem to have a pathological hatred of them and compare them to duke (The only person Daley ever feared politically was Ben Adamowski). And they don't sponge like the Mexicans. The Polish, Swedes, Bohemians, Lithuianians, and Germans built Chicago and most other cities across this country. Daley and the Democrats pander to the other groups that have tried to burn those cities down.

If you can personally attest to these purported facts it means you must be some steroidal malcontent from the 025th District, and normally a rant from you, or one of your peers, would not dignify a response. That being said, I used the word "comparatively few" in my remark. Because what you see of the Yashews on Belmont is such a small fraction of the total picture as to be insignificant. There aren't any stars on the wall at 35th St. from shots fired by a Polack.

Here's an answer to the immigration problem. This city mayor has the correct answer. Lets all move to Pa.
illegal immigration "NO PROBLEM"
1. Get rid of the 1960's give the Cubans a free ride.
2. End the "Anchor Babies"
3. Immediately Deport ALL "Illegal Aliens" that are incarcerated in State and Federal Prisons
4. Deny Housing, schooling, and all non emergency medical services that are sponsored/payed/via taxpayers.
5. All corporations, companies and individuals who hire illegal immigrants are find, the same way the IRS penalizes wayward taxpayers
same penalties and appreciations for non payment.
6. These highly sought after cards issued by The Mexican Consulate and any other consulate of a foreign government, should not be recognized as legitimate Identification.
7. All deportation hearing should happen, no later then 48 hours after the effect immigrant(s) is taken into custody
8. National Guard Units should provide a pro-active role at the border, no more pussy footing or photo-ops.
9. A minimum of 25 years in a Federal prison for anyone harboring or causing the illegal entry of an Illegal Immigrant(s) across international borders, and an additional 10 years for each State lines that they cross.
10. Life sentence or Death with NO chance of parole, for any person(s),organizations that causes directly or indirectly the transfer of narcotics, weapons of any nature, terrorists, plans or orders for terrorist activities or any activities to attack, maim, injure, kill persons or destroy properties within or part of the USA
