Deceiving Headline

When we heard the news that Michael Jackson got 15 years in prison, we were ecstatic that Los Angeles prosecutors finally got enough on that child molesting piece of plastic garbage to put him away in prison where he could enjoy the deprivations that his ilk get in the joint.

Then we found out it wasn't THAT Michael Jackson. Damnit!

Coverage of the former city employee, cabbie murdering scumbag at Channel 2, Channel 5 and Channel 7. It just seems wrong that this guy is getting 15 years after killing someone and the guys over at Special Operations are facing 30+ years and no one even got grievously wounded.

The problem with sos is betrayal of pubic trust.
Michael Jackson wasnt trained armed and sworn to protect the public by the public and for the public at public expense

ASSUMING that they are found guilty I said ASSUMING then fuck them

Besides they may not get 30

And Meidjanowski got LIFE and Jones from 007 got like 116 years or so right?

Michael Jackson received too much time, he should of (if anything) only received 3 years.

Moral of this story(or blog):

When you are a police officer, you take an oath to serve and protect.

You are held to a higher standard, like it or not.

Most sworm members have enough common sense to realize this.

Many more sworn members can look back at ex co-workers or can listen to stories about former members of this dept and learn from another's choice of poor judgement.

These officers are innocent UNLESS proven guilty.

Learn from either their mistakes, arrogance, or stupidity.

I loved when Jackson's attny was spouting off on tv that the victim's family hadn't apologized to Jackson yet for their father being "aggressive" toward Jackson. When was he being aggressive? ...Maybe between the 2nd and 3rd time that scumbag was busy running him over with the taxi...? What an azzhole.

The cab driver was being aggressive because Jackosn likely drunk wasnt paying his fare

Whats the cabbie supposed to do?
Whatever he did he didnt deserve to die

Fuck Jackson

For 0831
Miedjanowski was a gang crimes officer serving a life prison sentence for misdeeds involving narcotics and official misconduct.

Jones formerly 007 is in custody for similar charges but hasnt been tried or convicted. He is in custody because a judge has denied him bond

Face it, the dude was high on meth.

Didn't he work for Howard Brown clinic?

How long ago was it when they got another HB clinic worker moving a large quanity of meth?

Remember after he was arrested he went to that hospital & spit at the nurse, calling her a bitch and yelling something about giving her AIDS?

AIDS should still be called ''GRID''.

Boys Town is safer now that he's gone.

Iagree with SCC that the sentence was not harsh enough. He did MURDER a man after all. But that point in itself does not negate the seriousness of what these officers allegedly did. What they are accused of while under the guise of being Police Officers is serious. We are ALL going to have to live with their actions(If true.)They desrve whatever they get. Maybe Jackson's attorney is available to tale their case.

Fifteen years is not enough for the crime he committed. He ran over the man three times and for what? Yea, he was high on meth; so what? That doesn't exhonerate him or make him less culpapble. That motherfucker should have gotten more time. With a fifteen year sentance he could probably be out in four. Where is the justice in that? Yea, our wonderful States Attorney's made a deal with that f*g and his fuck attorney whoevever he was.

Don't forget the fact that this POS had sex with inmates while in jail and spit on a nurse...all the while knowing that he has AIDS. Perhaps he'll get a nice sentance for the spitting incident and it will have to be served consecutively (did I spell that big word right?)

The sad truth is, he'll probably end up getting better health care in jail than he would while out on the street. I agree, 15 years is not enough for running over someone. Our legal system sucks...........

Simply disgraceful. A fare, obviously high on God knows what, freaks out, takes control of a cabbie's car, and runs him over
SEVERAL TIMES. Spits on a nurse, informing her of his HIV status.
Has unprotected sex with other men while jailed, knowing he has an incurable, and frequently terminal disease. and only 15 years?? That dead man's family should be outraged, and so should everyone else. No matter what words were exchanged in the cab (if any), it gave Jackson no right to take that man's life. Simply disgraceful. Yet another blemish on our frequently corruptable Cook County judicial system.
