So what! That place and dozens of restaurants, hot dog stands, news stands, repair contractors, etc. The location had nothing to do with the crime. The Great Aldercreature Natarus(sp?) even stated that there was no cause or actions against the night club.
Posey, according to reports, was the inital offender. The final offender was the shooter. Johnson, if he paid Posey, was his employer. Johnson is at fault for not supervising his employees. The bar had nothing to do with the crime.
Let's blame the offenders for their actions, not the location in which it took place.
