Early Posting
We're posting this a bit early tonight because we have a previous obligation to be at. We'll leave you with a couple of articles and this open post. We are working on a very large and very involved posting for Monday morning.
Keep scrolling down for the Mette posts - there are TONS of great comments and ideas there. The address for his defense fund is included throughout and we could still use everyone's help in forwarding our posts to the big blogger and media names we've listed. Our readership has climbed 20% or more this week, mostly based on people looking for information to help Mike out. We also hear that there might be more media attention brought to the fore this weekend.
Don't stop pushing the issue boys and girls.

The Waukegan Police Department is planning on having two officers trained by the Department Of Homeland Security. One officer will be from the gang and narcotics division, and the other officer will be from the detective bureau.
I'd sign up for training, I would even go on my own time.
IS THE 48 HOUR RULE NOW ABOUT 24 HOURS.
LET THEM FREE BOYS THEY ARE WAITING FOR A DICK TO SLIP UP FOR A CIVIL SUIT.
New gun order is out, saw it at my district Friday.
All the guns and calibers talked about are approved, a training course has to be taken if you want to utilize one of them.
To bad the city wont let you attend any such type of trianing.
Somehow a sentence was lost when I posted this...

They will be trained to identify, detain and enforce immigration laws to deport illegal aliens who commit crimes in their community.
I'd sign up for that training, I would even go on my own time.

Come on people, turn in those guns. One only needs 3 guns. One handgun for work, a shotgun if you bird hunt, and a rifle if you shoot bambi. Thats it, no more.

Taken from Saturday's Tribune:
Two boys were charged in an attack on a female student at Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago police said this evening.
A 12-year-old boy was charged with one count of strong arm robbery, and a 13-year-old boy was charged with one count of strong arm robbery and one count of simple battery, police said.
Strong arm robbery is a felony while simple battery is a misdemeanor, Officer JoAnn Taylor said.
What a F****ng joke!!! These thugs probably look like 18 year olds. They commit a forcible felony on the public way and one is charged with a misdemeanor? This should be a public outrage!! Especially since nothing happens to juveniles in crook county anyway. Plus no mention of the sex abuse
My visitors on our police memorial are very angry over this Mette thing. So are the visitors over on policelink.
I received soem emails about it as well, and reffered them over to the Mike Mette Defense Fund people...
...My visitors on our police memorial...
"Your visitors?"

Correct me if I'm wrong here but both of them were charged with strong arm robbery (felony) and one was also charged with a misdemeanor battery. Where is the reason for outrage??
