A Moment of Silence

We heard he had the inside track on being the next Superintendent, what with being able to communicate without words.

A Moment of Silence:

WE ALWAYS RIP ON THE MEDIA BUT I would like to commend the Daily Southtown for nice tribute it gave in memory of 022 District Tactical Officer Paulie Clisham.

The article was excellent except for the comments attributed to the Merit Sgt. Melchert. Ms. Melchert you are nothing but a 19th Ward Patronage Hack you are an insult to the memory of Paul Clisham a real police officer and a friend in life. How dare you, Paul and both his brothers out scored you on the sergeants examination, you do not represent the men and women of the Chicago Police Dept. who have earned their promotions by passing the exams legitimately.

Please tells us how you with the use of another patronage hack produced a resume claiming that you had three hundred complimenttry letters from citizens of Chicago. You mam are a fraud. Tell us how you made merit sergeant went to 004 and wanted out of the first watch. A phone call was made and you were reunited with your merit captain RW on afternoons in 005. You were not happy there and then you went to 022 to the desk then tac team. Three moves in four periods. Who is your sponsor? When you become a merit Lt. will you be the watch commander or Caps Lt in 022.

Shakes the Clown a.k.a. "Mime Jerry" will hoist a mug of warm tap beer at the Twisted Ballon and recall his days as a mime and with "Bip" as his inspiration.

Paulie would never have endorsed your nasty comments about the sergeant, whoever she may be or however she became a sergeant and your bad taste in using a quick comment about his memorial to castigate this woman is shameless. You should apologize to Paul, his family, and friends for insulting his memory for your own purposes. Shame on you!!!!

Don't forget the other 19th ward merit scumbags. You know who you are, and so does everyone else.
Next time score below 2000 on the Sgt. test, the pop off.

Now go get your shine box.

As a person with a mental disability, those officers from IAD are looking for the Officers and their fellow officers, their family members and friends who would stoop so low as to rob sexually assault and humiliate and harrass the disabled.

They do it because it is very hard to even get someone to listen to you if you are mentally challenged.

The old stigma about mental illness still exists.

Ignorant people, those above, still think having a mental disability means you will do anything you are told because you are so crazy you don't know your rights.

Believe me, a good cop is the first person who should want to see these beneath comtempt officers OFF the force.

I have heard that no one hates a bad cop more than a good cop and from what I've seen, I can agree.

These crooks and their friends openly threaten "good" cops with attacks on their family and children.

I have seen it and have witnesses.

That's what IAD is looking for and I am going to continue to try and get these crooks arrested too.

Mayor Daley should retire.

FROM THE PBPA / LT's Website:

SNUB NOSE USERS

General Order 07-01

Effective 24 July 07 Department Approved Weapons and ammunition, 30 pages of confusion.

On PG#2 IIIF and on PG# 5 VIII B they take those who came on with revolvers and now make then do an additional qualification with a snub nose revolver, if you choose to carry one.

We have made some inquires but have not found a reason for you to have to give up 3 hours of your life and the price of a box of ammo. More at the meeting.

Paul Clisham was my hero. He took each day and found the good in it no matter how much pain he was in. None of this bull mattered to him and we should all take a lesson from his attitude. Nothing is as bad as he went through and all of us need to whine a little less and appreciate our health and our families a little more...

Can someone please post a copy of the poem that was written and read at Paul Clisham's wake. It was very good, was it from something else. I thought it was great. who wrote it? If it was Melchert you owe her a big apology. She made a great comment in the paper and made Paul look like the great guy he was. SHe did not belittle his name at all but gave a couple quotes that I am sure helped his family understand how much he was loved. You cannot fault him for that.

You got this right, a totally inappropriate forum for blasting the Sergeant, totally disrespectful to Paul's memory.

WRONG, actually what Paul was was a GENTLEMAN, along with being a good working policeman. They aren't mutually exclusive in some cases, obviously not yours though.

And what does one thing have to do with the other anyway? The Sergeant had as much right as ANYONE to make comments about Paul, and her comments were positive. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM 11:01:01?
