Offender Charged

  • On his facebook profile, Paris Sadler posed for photos throwing the hand sign of a gang with a chilling name: The Every Body Killers.

According to charges filed by the Cook County State’s Attorney, it’s a name he tried to live up to. Sadler — a 21-year-old McDonald’s employee — is accused of the attempted murder of Chicago Police officer Del Pearson. He allegedly shot Pearson, 47, in the chest with a 9mm handgun during a foot chase down an alley in the 8400 block of South Kingston Monday night.

Charged late Wednesday, Sadler, who lives with his mom just yards from the shooting scene, was arrested following a manhunt early Tuesday morning. Pearson had approached him and a group of three other young men suspected of a possible curfew violation around 10:45 p.m. Monday when Sadler ran off then turned and fired at the officer during a gun battle, police say.

Nice work getting this asshole into custody and charged.

Hiring security guards/ Armed & Unarmed.
We accept applications Tuesdays & Thursday from 11am-3pm. The office is located at 2540 South Federal Chicago, IL 60616.

Posted on Monday...oh, the irony.

In parentheses behind his name is some "alias," PISTOL TRUSTNONE.

Sure, you're not a piece of shit who'd do something like this. Even though the family's going to say he's been framed.

Thank GOD the officer will live in spite of this p.o.s.'s attempts to ensure otherwise.

Thing are getting bad out there. I have not seen the animal this bad since entire buildings cleared out against the police in the Robert Taylor jets. We have to draw the line. We can give in to the liberals who have no idea how savage these animals can get or we can make a stand. I know, I know we will get sued, fired, suspended. But the problem is that if we allow this behavior to continue we will be seeing this kind of post on a regular basis. We have to make them understand that if they seek to do us harm, the response will be swift and severe. They have no fear of us. We need to re-instill that fear with extreme prejudice.

No fear or any respect towards the police today. Look at the little jagoff in the St. Pats Wrigleyville video going face to face with the police. This little POS can't drink so perhaps he should have be chained to the kitchen stove by his Mommy and Daddy. Now the cop will get some time and the city will pay this little jagoff some money to get rid of him. Even Jesus Christ would have choked this little bastard out.

We have to make them understand that if they seek to do us harm, the response will be swift and severe.

********************************************

Sounds like a plan, tough guy. Let us know the results after you and the rest of the hairgel dumbasses that drink the Koolaide finish "obliterating", this latest in what will surely be many, of McStupor's Flavor Of The Week. I'm sure making hundreds of arrests of dude's faction will make the errant assholes see the error of their ways.

Now get out there and let the heavy handedness commence! Slap a few of them around even after they 'give up' the information you're seeking, just like they did to Huggy Bear, and get back to all of us with just how tht works out for ya. Threaten them with all kinds of retaliation and make sure you let them know that you and your fellow Slick Boys are gonna 'sweat' that corner til them boys just can't take the heat anymore ... (and move down a few blocks to do the same exact shit).

Here's what your plan should consist of, hard-charger: answer your jobs. Do nothing proactive unless it directly effects where YOU live. Never back down from a threat from any of these assholes, but dont do a fucking thing to give them a reason to challenge you. The majority of the jagoffs in the ghetto never see a damn thing when it comes to crime, but yet they claim to see everything the police do, which is always bad and racially motivated. Leave these motherfuckers to their own devices - they really don't want you there and wouldn't piss on you of you were on fire. Arrive after the fact to pick up the pieces and go home to your family in the same shape that you arrived at work, THAT IS WHATS IMPORTANT.

Save your proactive, tough guy, save-the-world approach for the people that actually deserve you going the extra mile (they are few and far between, but they ARE out there on occasion). Give the rest of these bastards the kind of service they deserve and contribute towards.

Self preservation is the name of the game, which you kinda seen to understand, only your approach is way off. See you at NATO where I'll be applying the same policing methodology to the protesters as they loot, plunder and pillage.

Chicago cop car gets ticketed in Oak Park

A debate has been brewing on OakPark.com over the past few weeks on whether Chicago police should be allowed to park illegally around the village. Reader Brent Showalter snapped a couple of pics of police cars parked in tow zones in downtown Oak Park, with nary a ticket to be found. Well, just recently, an anonymous tipster spotted this Chicago police vehicle, parked illegally across the street from Lalo's, with one of those dreaded little orange envelopes on its windshield. Maybe all the angry web comments got someone's attention.

All test and promotions are on hold until the new contract. The lists are effectively done. No one will be promoted off the old lists. The city is seeking major changes in promotions.

Det Division will become a unit of the patrol division. Application only, no test. The city wants to cycle officers though the Det Division. Old dicks will stay in the unit. No more career detectives.

The city wants to work "activity" onto a patrolman's score on the Sgt Test. One big argument for this is to get more diversity in the Sgt rank. Desk crews and officers who don't work on the street would be effectively eliminated from a promotion. Even narcotics and other special units that don't have the regular activity of a beat cop would be blocked from promotion.

Major changes coming.

OT: NYPD and TRAYVON NARTIN

NYPD doesn't want justice for the Trayvon murder apparently.

If you're not aware there was another march and protest last night in NYC Called the Million Hoodies March. The purpose was to demand justice for the Shooting of Trayvon Martin in Fla. (google it)

Instead of justice Mayor Bloomberg's army chased the protestors around the city in a game of cat and mouse. Then closed a park at Times Sq for the first time ever even going as far as to put up new signs to justify his actions that now say "NO RALLYING"

Seriously?

Why not just come out and address the people and join them in the call for justice? They don't want justice?

This park has never-ever been closed and there's always people there. Skate borders, tourist, etc.. the whole nine yards at all hours of the day and night.

The march began with over a thousand protestors and ended with maybe around 500 of so in Times Sq.

The protest was met with an overwhelming police response that some estimated to be in the thousands.

In the end it looked pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

The police successfully pushed protestors off of an area with stairs and onto the sidewalks and then protected the stairs as though it was some sort of military high ground. This was after several hours of intimidation and threats of arrests and a standoff.

At about 4 am the area being protected by police was still being guarded and protestors were peacefully conversing around them.

NYC had all it's ranking officials on site including counter terrorism officials.

The people are demanding that the laws be enforced and the political apparatus tells them to sit down and shut up. They do not want law and order. They do not want justice. They want the status quo. They want to make the protest the issue and use it as a distraction away from their crimes and failures.

Anyways... at one point in the march around town there's a video with a NYPD official with four stars grabbing two other white shirts and shaking them like rag dolls and yelling "you do your fucking job right now and get these fucking protestors on the fucking sidewalk .." but the NYPD where outnumbers at the time and they failed.

Mayor Bloomberg's private army.

Heh.. the images of the non-sense is going viral on youtube if you're interested. NYPD stuck in the middle of this bullshit, they must feel like tools. What a country.

While I agree that the Department might want to go to an all merit system, it would have to be negotiated. I personally have heard Mc Dipshit state that Lts. and Sgts. classes are coming. And the contract isn't even being discussed. So I predict another long drawn out contract process, and in turn there will be promotions before the new contract.

Check out a recent earlier encounter with bellicose protesters when Chief (4-star) of the Dept. Joe Esposito used his baton against these assholes. "Espo", widely beloved by the rank-and-file, is a 41-year NYPD veteran and their highest ranking uniformed officer.

CLICK on CHIEF ESPO'S BATON

"Espo" is the "old school" boss that advised then NYPD Garry McCarthy to cool down in his infamous off-duty Jersey Palisades debacle. McCarthy thought otherwise, went to court and lost. He appealed and lost again.

The Department would be well advised to do just that. I used to have a .380 Walther PPK and it was worst most over rated gun I ever owned.

I have had a Colt Agent (a variant of the Detective Special or Cobra) snub nose .38 Special revolver for over 25 years and it has never failed me. It's too bad they don't make the Dick's Special anymore, That would be an ideal backup gun in stainless steel and Melonite finish.

Someone previously said: ". . . . Every call you get over the radio provides you with reasonable suspicion to stop someone, ask questions and run their name, protective pat down search based on your experience will usually turn up something. Just saying.

Actually, a 911 call by itself, from an anonymous caller, does not give an officer probable cause to stop and frisk someone, and run their name. SCOTUS threw out a conviction on a similar case: 911 anonymous call said man at busstop had a gun. Police stopped man who matched description, searched, and found gun. Based on that alone, SCOTUS ruled the officers did not have probable cause. In such a case, you can set up surveillance, see if subject has a bulge on his waistband, see if he gets on a bus, see if he otherwise acts suspiciously to raise your suspicion to the level of probable cause. that anonymous call alone is not enough to stop and frisk someone. You cannot automatically do a "protective patdown" on every one you meet. You must have some reasonable and articulable suspicion that they have a weapon on them. I am not saying to not do patdowns, I am just saying a 911 call by itself is not enough to do a patdown. Write good paper.

Keep up with U.S. Supreme Court rulings. It could save your job, and your property from being taken in a lawsuit.

Chicago coppers shoot a shot gun wielding man three times tonight during a traffic stop on 105th and Green.

Hey, correct me if I'm wrong but that's just a short distance from where they are going to entertain the NATO crowd in May isn't it?

(video) NYPD Lt. Above the law and acting like a rookie.

In fact come to think of it that would probably be an insult to the rookies so I take it back.

As he tries to block a reporters camera with his flashlight he has five other people maybe more pointed cameras at him and filming.

NYPD has no respect for the NYPD

Stuck in a trick bag and getting it from both sides I guess.

I'm a little surprise the officer didn't hand his superior his gun and badge right there and walk over to the other side after being treated with no respect like that from his own superiors.

I have a question...

After all the carnage the last week, how come we haven't heard a single word from any of the 50 court jesters that make up the City Council?

Not one word of outrage.

Nothing.

I was wondering the same thing.

These are the representatives of the communities and where's the representation?

Actually, a 911 call by itself, from an anonymous caller, does not give an officer probable cause to stop and frisk someone, and run their
---------------------------
you dont need probable cause to stop someone. you need reasonable (articulable) suspicion. probable cause is for arrest situations because a crime has "probably" occured hence probable cause. resonable suspicion has a lower threshhold. your info is correct but get the terminology right

OT- In response to the comment reference promotions -very true. Especially the detectives. No more det. Promotions. The city wants to eliminate D2A payscale through attrition. Watch for this along with some D2 positions also. Rahm wants to criple the department including payscales. D3 positions are now being eliminated in the crime lab as I type. More to follow.

3/22/2012 07:58:00 PM
But rahms detail guys all make D-3,so does the treasurers, why does she still have a cpd detail while ed burke uses retired officers at a much reduced pay scale? Plus all the extra overtime and pension at sergeants rate WHY??

Attn Superintendents & all members of the Chicago Police Dept; as a citizen of Chicago I know too well the job & the split second decisions you must make to uphold the laws & citizens you were sworn to protect. I post my comment NOT to bash the job you must do, but to inform you that your support in the communities in Chicago are so low not because chicagoans support the criminals but because you guys in certain cases involving your own act as criminals yourselves. How can an off duty detective on Chgo's westside fire his weapon multiple times striking a 22 year old woman in the head & he not even be engaged in a gun battle?....is that the policy of the CPD to disperse a crowd who was jus told to "quiet down"?...it is these instances Officers which makes your respect & approval among many of Chicago residents low, to combat this problem & to truly be justified in your actions in the eyes of the people you serve you must look at "the code of silence" shared among those in your agency & be ready and open to investigations concerning your actions. Once you show that "the scales of justice are equal" & that "justice is blind" your jobs concerning investigations & overall policing will be much easier.... A concerned citizen

a previous poster stated that you can still do proactive police work without getting jammed up--- keep fooling yourself because you definitely don't want to be the guy that gets jammed--- when you get thirty pended and the boss tells you to clean out your locker and leave the facility it will the longest car ride home of your life--- I understand what you are saying and I never knock guys who want to work but understand the terrible cost to you and your family if you catch a bad beef--- the department does not have your back and if the beef hits the main stream media, forget it, you will be the hot potato of the month nobody wants to touch....

How can such a thing happen?
By all means, describe what YOU witnessed. Show us YOUR video.

Oh, wait. You can't? You weren't there?

So, you don't know if someone displayed a gun. You don't know if multiple guns were displayed. You don't know if four people advanced on the officer and shrieked they meant to pound him to death. You don't know WHAT happened.

And we are not required to be engaged in a gun battle to be fearful our lives are endangered.

As for the code of silence, it died about twenty years ago. Stop using bad television as your reference material.

Cops themselves, as well as video cameras, cell phone cameras, in-car squad cameras, etc., make it near impossible for anyone to lie about what happened pretty much anywhere anymore.
