They want to resign rahm, 100 protesters of less are allowed to shut down shopping costing the city millions,and you do nothing rahm! You put johnny "new kid on the block" in charge but yet you move the strings, even from Cuba while Chicago is bleeding your on vacation again! Think rahm your jewish and many retailers are owned by Jewish people (Not a flame a reality), you are letting your own people who pay ultra-high taxes bleed and bleed bad! rahm admit failure and move on! You said in your crybaby speech how every child should be treated like yours, how many "people/kids of color are accompanying you on this trip? Are your taxpayer paid bodyguards along with you? what do your bodyguards do if they are here? are they in districts supplementing extremely low manpower or just "waiting" and being paid?

I'm a maxed out P.O. and the day they expect me to wear a body camera will be the day I turn my papers in.
I'll wear a body camera when Rahm and the alder thieves wear one...... you know for their own protection and in the name of transparency and accountability!

It's not the critic that counts, the man that points out how the strong man stumbled or the doer of deed could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, who's face is marred with sweet dust and blood, who errors and comes short again and again. Who know the great enthusiasms the great devotions and spends himself in worthy cause; so his place will never be with those cold timid souls who know the neither the thrill of victory of the agony of defeat.

How do you liars and cheaters face you're police officers knowing you cheated on an exam? How do you work with you're fellow Sgts knowing you cheated?
Why do you exempts that were subject matter experts feel you know what is best for the department to give a promotion to you're wife or friends as in the case of number one two three, four and five and the rest of you hacks?
Do you really think you are going to get away with it? Do you think we as Sgts are not going to take action. 60 percent of the list is made up of cheaters. You cost me a fair shot at the test. That means you screwed over my family. No one screws over my kids by cheating. You are worse then scum. I suggest you take back you're Lt shirts because you are soon to be embarrassed.
Pinko civilian that I am, I usually don't agree with you folks on political matters. (Though we on the left don't have much use for Rahm, either.) But I want you to know how much I appreciate CPD officers putting their lives on the line to protect my family and my city. It's a thankless job to extend civil rights to all citizens, including the uncivil ones. Thank you for doing your best: I'm glad you have a forum like this one to vent your frustrations.

Chicago, Illinois, and National FOP Lodges have called for a boycott of this movie in case you forgot. But you have to be reminded? Who wakes you up in the morning? Makes sure you brush your teeth? Ties your shoes for you? Grow up and grow a set.
Cheating on a promotional test? In Chicago? In the CPD? Come on I don't believe it. Police brass are our leaders. They would not be unethical? That's against the law. They are the police and uphold the law.
What kind of leadership would that be? The citizens would not stand for that. The aldermen would not stand for that. The mayor would not stand for that.
That would not be right, would it? Imagine what would happen to CPD if that would be the case? Giving answers to your relatives or friends to promote them to the a stepping stone police rank, like Lt. Then again promoting 25 percent merit Lieutenants from anywhere on the list. Imagine That.
Now lets promote the merit Lieutenants that where no where near the top half of their class because they were given their rank due to a 25 percent meritorious promotion or the answers to the test to merit Commanders and XOs.
The same cabal that themselves are Merit promotes now merit promote every rank above Lieutenant with their choice off the merit Lieutenants list (25 percent meritorious and those that where given the answers). Imagine that.
Now lets wrap this up. Every supervisor above Lieutenant is a merit promotion that came off the merit Lieutenants list. Imagine that.
Let me recap. Those who are making decisions for the CPD( Minus the tiny dancer) including acting Superintendent Escalante and former 1st deputy Wysinger where merit Lieutenants. Where they given the answers? Who knows? But we know they where not at the top of their class. THIS GOES TO THE HEART OF WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE LEADERSHIP IN THIS DEPARTMENT. POOR LEADERSHIP FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. Incompetence at every level of command due to merit promotion. Imagine that.
