What the Hell Was This?

  • Apparently CNN, MSNBC, and other outfits simply went inside the apartment and began showing live images of passports and other documents left in the place.

This is bad for the media. It's also terrible for the cops and FBI -- why was the crime scene left unattended?

Of course, it's bad for America too; if anything left behind could make a case against any third parties, those prosecutions are now jeopardized, because the defense can argue, very plausibly, that there is no chain of custody of the evidence and anything found on the site could have been tampered with or planted.
The lead agency appears to be the FBI. They cleared the bomb-making factory, but left behind mountains of paperwork, passports, correspondence, a paper shredder full of documents, in effect a potential treasure trove of information that could plausibly uncover other plots and terrorists. Now? Chain-of-evidence problems negate any usable intelligence that might have been discovered.

This as information comes out that the weapons used were purchased legally, straw purchased in other cases, that the female half lied on her application by giving a false town of origin, belonged to a radical mosque tied to terrorism in Pakistan, etc, etc.

But hey, Sparklefarts says the government can properly screen 100,000 "Syrians" and guarantee they won't be radicalized murderers-in-waiting. Trust him.

Most of us one time or another have been at a scene when the feebs arrive w/ their attitude, the thumb over their name on the cardboard ID while they eyeball your name plate,'etc. You'd think they'd request at least one uniformed unit from the local PD or Sheriff's Office after their ETs examined the scene. Now the conspiracy folks -'right & left wing will have more to jabber about.

This administration and the FBI has about as much interest in catching domestic muslim terrorists as they do in recovering Shillary's e-mails.

The FBI walked through that house and was done in an hour or two because they have no interest in seeing where the leads go.

Remember the Uni-Bomber? Lived in a 10-by-10 shack in the middle of nowhere. The FBI searched his place for a week.

San Bernadino Police will do what they can on writing up the homicides. They will get no help from the feds.

So nice to see that the FBI Director Comey can't give a press conference on the San Bernardino terrorist attack without having a White House minder (The AG) present. Doesn't make the FBI look very independent if they can't be trusted to sit at the big table without the tentacles of the socialists right up the director's ass. The Obama library is going to get quite a work out when the historians try to untangle the gi-normous mess left behind by the Chicago commies. But, the clear point is that; the anti police infection applies to the 'G' as well. By that I mean, the 'G' is about to get thrown under the bus along with the rest of American L.E.. Don't think the cloak of being a Fed is going to stop the commies from ruining your reputation too. The struggle is too important for the sacrosanct to be left untouched. Which side are you on?

San Bernardino police defend themselves after terrorists' landlord allows media unfettered access inside their apartment - but MSNBC apologizes for airing it live

The media was allowed unsupervised access into the home of Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik on Friday
During their live broadcast, MSNBC showed identification cards that should not have been made public
'We regret that we briefly showed images of photographs and identification cards that should not have been aired without review,' said MSNBC
The San Bernardino police said it was still an active crime scene Friday morning, but the FBI later said that was not the case
'If the police are watching this, they better be on their way down there to stop this from happening,' said law enforcement specialist Harry Houck
He also noted that it appeared the apartment had at no point been dusted for fingerprints based on what he was seeing...

The Obama administration stands tall when we most need them--

Attorney General's 'greatest fear' isn't Islamic terrorism - it's attacks on Muslims because of a backlash in wake of shootings

'We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on,' said at a dinner for a Muslim advocate group
Lynch did not mention the shooting in San Bernardino, California, committed by two Muslims and currently under investigation by the FBI
Authorities said yesterday they couldn't be sure the shooting was terrorism, but GOP presidential contenders said it obviously was
AG later said she had observed an 'incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric' since ISIS'' assault on Paris and the talk 'edges towards violence'

All of this is going into one big "gun violence" cocktail shaker of lies that "there are not even the most basic restrictions on guns."

Well...

France's gun laws

French gun laws date back to April 18, 1939, though they have been amended a number of times since. They are certainly tough: There is no right to bear arms for the French, and to own a gun, you need a hunting or sporting license which needs to be repeatedly renewed and requires a psychological evaluation.

According to Gun Policy, a project by the University of Sydney, the punishment for illegally having a gun is a maximum of seven years in prison and a fine. In 2012, the French government estimated that there were at least 7.5 million guns legally in circulation.

As The Post's Thomas Gibbons-Neff notes, the men who attacked Charlie Hebdo appeared to be carrying two different types of Kalashnikov rifles. Such weapons are highly restricted and require extremely stringent background checks to buy (CNN describes it as rivaling the "clearance work done by the FBI for anybody employed at the White House")...

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/worldviews/wp/2015/01/09/france-has-strict-gun-laws-why-didnt-that-save-charlie-hebdo-victims/

...and none of it made the slightest difference in Paris in several Islamic-terrorist attacks...so far...

Spending all this money on importing the useless like Deval Patrick to soak up money and generate "reports," when we should have a "Blue Ribbon Committee On Terrorism and Emergency Response" going, made up of knowledgeable and experienced people who know this city.

Just so the story is factual: the apartment was turned over by the FBI to the owner of the building. The owner was given permission by the FBI to open the apartment. The owner of the building is the one who pried the door open and allowed the media to come in. They showed the owner prying open the door live on CNN and any documents that were spread on the bed were blurred (just on CNN I point out). Doesn't mean it was right for the media to invade the place but it's always good to have the actual facts of the story.

It have reached the point, I don't even recognize this country any more.

My g-d, the grandparents of my generation who fought and died in WWII, every day, increasingly more, seem to have died in vein, as this country is being hijacked by what appears to be the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House aligned with Alynskyites.

I've been hearing a few theory's on how this trampling of evidence in San Bernardino has come about:

-FBI bungling and incompetence.

-Intentional incompetence at the direction of the Obama Administration to destroy the evidence and create chaos.

-Intentionally done to draw out the rest of the terrorist cell.

-Intentionally done by the FBI to give the middle finger to Obama and the rest of the Muslim Brotherhood that they won't cover for them. As this theory goes, there is an epic battle going on between the Comey/FBI & the White House/Obama/Lynch/Jarrett with respect to how this investigation goes and what the public is allowed to be aware of.

**********
Lynch/Comey Press Conference of 12/04/15
**********
I urge everyone who has not seen video of this press conference to search for all the video you can find on yesterday's Lynch/Comey press conference.

There as an abrupt end to that press conference.

Most of the video on the net does not show the video feed cut off and there has been very little print and media coverage of the abrupt end to the press conference, just after Comey ilicited questions from the press present.

I haven't seen any broadcast media coverage of the astounding ending to this "press conference".

Comey & Lynch's body language was not in sync at the press conference.

At times, Comey looked very uncomfortable. Lynch looked like she was at a PTA function.

Most disconcerting of all was the abrupt end of the press conference, a press conference billed as Lynch & Comey talking -- with -- the press.

It was nothing of the sort.

It was Lynch & Comey talking -- to -- the press, due to the fact the press conference was abruptly cut short, apparently by someone off camera, left.

Most of the video on the net has been edited and cut down, editing out the abrupt disconnect of the video feed immediately after Comey says they will take questions.

Then suddenly, a guy silhouetted by a shadow against the wall on camera left appears to raise his hand to someone else by the camera to cut the feed, as silhouette man says, "let's take a pause." and then the feed cuts.

That's it.

It's no pause, it's the end of the press conference as we the public will know it.

It all happens quick.

The feed never resumes and down the rabbit hole goes the questions from the press pool that was present, if there were any questions at all.

At the live broadcast on CNN that I watched, the anchor was shocked as feed cut off.

Go to the FBI web site and the transcript of the event only has Lynch's and Comey's comments to the press. There is absolutely no transcript of any questions from the press pool present.

This is remarkable.

We have much of the broadcast media, editing out where the conference abruptly ends and then they give us no reporting whatsoever of what questions, if any, were asked. And, if there were no questions asked, why the hell not? And, nothing reported about the abrupt ending.

What the FUCK?

Why was the live feed of this press conference cut off just as questions from the press present was about to begin?

Where the fuck is the press in this country!

People really need to wake up and wake up fast!

-Citizen

Once an investigation is complete the property belongs to the owner and free to do as one wishes. One concern is should have immediate relatives allowed to gather stuff? Another reason for allowing press, information and investigation was completed and press allowed access so they can print and show stuff. Allowing for investigators to monitor communication and responses by others.

The F-B-I took all what they needed, they say. Seems like the crime scene was poured over, but the perception is that much was left behind. I wasn't there but I don't believe the scene was compromised. The Media Reality Team probably staged more than few things, I wouldn't doubt that one bit, trying to make the law look sloppy, careless and incompetent, oh and stupid. Media hasn't yet mentioned that these two terrorists were running away when the police fired +16 into both of them...yet. Was that Geraldo's pup tent on the front lawn?
If the evidence they found is plentiful and sufficient, which was legally obtain by warrant, the other jihadi conspirators here in the USA will get rounded up (and pardoned in the WH Rose Garden before your president leaves office). I wonder if there were any homemade alarm clocks found? If your president gets his refugee wish list, just 1% of those imported would make up a sizable terror cell. The FEEBS should have sealed the apartment and guarded it. Then go through every piece of paper , book, magazine in the joint to look for a written down phone number- cartel clowns write down numbers sometimes as they know the phones will get searched. These goofs could do the same. Hopefully, they looked for hidden compartments in the place. All of the terrorists clothes should have been inventoried. Then at the FEEB facility, a check of the clothes could have been made. Most , I assume , are generic and could have been bought anywhere- but all you need is the male terrorist to buy something unusual from some local clothing store- another lead to where he was. I could go on and on. Not a professional move at all.

The media have made themselves a big part of this
investigation by being in that apartment at the behest
of who?

>Crickets<

This investigation is now designated to go nowhere...

Sparkle-Farts is hell bent on waving in 100K more
unvetted "Syrian" "women and children" that he
accused awake and aware Americans of being
afraid of for no good reason...

By the dung of many donkeys, this man is the most stupid,
dishonest, morally bankrupt, viciously ineffectual, detached
from any compelling sense of duty less-than-a-man to ever
sit in the Oval Office...

Barack Obama figures that this isn't HIS America...
He has no cultural ties to this nation and the thing that
made him so attractive to the people who voted him to
two terms in office is the very thing that makes it easy for
him to implode the very foundational pillars that this nation sits on.

Barack Obama is NOT a child of The American Legacy and all
it entails.

Good.
Bad.
Ugly.

Let's be honest.
If a M/1 from a tough, blue collar
background from a family of Police
and/or Military service who remained
mindful of the hard and sometimes bitter
lessons of their "American Experience"
and used that in a multi-generational
push to excel, do better and put the
necessary work in, would this hypothetical
mirror image of the great tan hope, have been
crowned a media darling?

Hell no...
That would not have jibed with the
"narrative."

"He's educated and articulate and all but
he's a cop/soldier son of a soldier/cop son
of some tough-minded, family-centric people
who hold funny/unexpected views."

Nothing really revelatory or earth shattering.
(Except to the Alinskyite Progressives and
The Catered-To-Constituents)

Just kind of sitting back and taking a wide-angle
view of the contributory causatives of this great
nation being intentionally slow-walked backwards
by the home-grown enemies from within who share
none of the regard for the things that made this nation
so great and envied throughout the world.

The "fundamental transformation" Sparkle-Farts had in mind
was predicated on forcing this nation and it's people to kneel
and apologize for being favored with the comparative good
fortune of being that bright shining place.

However imperfectly...
Compared to the truly dark and scary places
in this world.

Random thoughts and whatnot...

Second,... take a breath before you read this one----- does anyone think that the FBI is even looking to mess with the politics of chicago... cause I dont. you can use a pan to fry a fish, what the hell are you gonna use to fry a shark.

Can't believe all of the paper simply left behind -- books, IDs, photos, letters, documents. All of that should have been bagged up and inventoried and carted away.

Was there a flash drive of contacts hidden somewhere? They sure would not have found it.

This looked to me like they hardly even got started.

Imagine what a couple of Syrian refugees could do at a GUN FREE zone, like an NFL, NBL, NHL or MLB game. How many people could just two Syrian Refugees slaughter before our under manned under gunned street cops respond, contain and kill the offenders.

Only to be second guessed by the Justice Department and the News Media.

FOP and PB&PA should be putting a lot of pressure on professional sports about letting law enforcement personnel carry their weapons in their stadiums.

One suggestion is to have FOP and PB&PA members sell their season tickets. Then have FOP hold big viewing parties at their hall during major games. An entry fee gets an open bar, tailgate cuisine, big projection TVs, door prizes, raffles. It could be a good fund raiser and push the sports franchises to rethink the idea of having people who might be able to end a terrorist attack with minimal casualties. .

Nice. Australia is s__tting on us now, "time to call the U.S. out for 'gun violence', Australians should not travel to America as it's just too dangerous."

Didn't hear that about France or Belgium, huh?

Thanks for the sympathy for our citizens murdered by religious maniacs. We appreciate it.

I hope the refugee ships turn your way. You've got loads of room there, right? Perhaps by the time you see scenes like this, it'll be too late for you too.

Piled up like a huge landfill site, the 25ft mountain of lifejackets discarded by the 412,000 migrants who have arrived on Lesbos over the past six months

Each brightly coloured inflatable vest represents one of the 412,000 people who have arrived in Europe via Lesbos
Among the heap, children’s armbands and beach rings lie as reminders of the families who continued their journey
Odd pairs of shoes, the remains of rubber dinghies, and emergency whistles are all thrown on the stack
Nearly half the 894,500 migrants who have crossed the Mediterranean this year have passed through Lesbos

It turns out Tashfeen Malik was affiliated with the Red Mosque (Lal Masjid) in Islamabad, Pakistan and the notorious radical Maulana Abdul Aziz who is a supporter of the Daesh. The Maulana has been a thorn in the side of the Pakistani government for years but they can't touch him because of his popularity especially with Islamia's. The press in India is reporting Abdul Aziz has a female militia located at the Lal Masjid. Wonder what Sparkelfart will have to say about that.......What? oh the teleprompter is broken.

No big deal.

After once processing a particularly bloody homicide scene, the owner asked me who I was going to call to clean up the blood and brains. I replied, "No one. It's your property, you are responsible for cleaning it up."

Once the scene is processed, it's released back to the owner. Who cares about what the FBI left behind.

Ultimately, it is the landlord who owns the property and NOT the tenants!

Tenants left stuff behind, too bad!

It is "abandoned property" subject to be disposed of by the landlord, who has to pay somebody to throw out the left over garbage!

Do you honestly believe the landlord is going to lose rent because of some investigation! I know I would NOT! Either the police or Feds, take the shit with them or throw it out!

That apartment needs to be cleaned up and fixed and rented out for the next months rent and new tenant! AS it is, this landlord is out hundreds of dollars because of these terrorist goofs!

The number is closer to 10,000 Syrian refugees, not 100,000. Facts matter right? (source: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2015/11/18/repeat-after-me-obama-is-not-admitting-100000-200000-or-250000-syrian-refugees/)

For anyone to read, the LA Times published an article delving into who the fatal and non fatal victims of the Muslim Islamic terrorists in California were. Add to the victim count the 18 children of the fatally injured...yes, combined there were 18 children left motherless or fatherless. Sickens me...how about you?
Hmmm...14 dead, 17 injured and 18 more children forced into broken homes in the most violent way?

Now let's get those refugees in here, right?
Let's get those guns out of law abiding citizen's hands too.

Do some checking into Huma Abedin, Hillary's constant companion and (literal) bedmate. Very serious, deep family connections to the Brotherhood.

Oi, such a pillow talk there! Would love to be the fly on the wall. There is probably nothing that Hillary knows that the Brotherhood and associates don't know as well...

Sorry Gorski, but Goudie gained entry to a Miami motel room Cunanan was using. That was a known fact and was even televised. I will refrain from the obvious clearance rate jokes.

Chicago Sun-Times
April 14, 1999 | Robert Feder | Copyright

A new book chronicling the 1997 murder spree of Andrew Cunanan blasts the newsgathering techniques of WLS-Channel 7's top investigative reporter. In Vulgar Favors, author Maureen Orth singles out Chuck Goudie for rifling through Cunanan's hotel room in Miami Beach before police or the FBI searched it for evidence.

While the nationwide manhunt for the murderer of designer Gianni Versace and Chicago developer Lee Miglin dragged out for months, Goudie followed the story to Miami Beach and gained entry to Room 322 of the Normandy Plaza Hotel, where Cunanan reportedly had been staying. "Sensing a scoop of major proportions," Orth wrote, "Goudie not only entered the room but also picked up and displayed for the camera all sorts of items that Andrew left behind, from a hair-clippers box to porn magazines, thereby tainting it all as evidence. …

Are all you guys connected at the hip or something?

I'd ask if you understand why so many decent people hate you, except it's obvious that it'd never enter your mind.

Ever hear of "landlord insurance" -- or just running a cash cow and don't want to spend a penny?

"Lost Rent Coverage - In the event that your rental property is no longer inhabitable due to a flood, fire or damage that a tenant caused, you could lose much needed income. However, with the right coverage you could be compensated with replacement income during that time to help you stay on your feet while repairs are being made."

Terrorism? Think big, man. "A federal jury...ruled that the assault on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center was in fact two occurrences for insurance purposes. The finding in U.S. District Court in Manhattan means leaseholder Larry Silverstein may collect up to $4.6 billion..."

http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/silverstein.html

Reality check time. This is not about "hundreds of dollars." It's about mass murder, and a major investigation that seems to have been cut short on orders from the highest level -- with an Attorney General whose "greatest fear is not Islamic terrorism, but that someone may offend a Muslim."

Now, try praying for the dead.

FBI wanted to swoop in and take credit (as always for stuff) they didn't do...IE--First response---they are always there when the threat has been neutralized, and the shooting has stopped. How much do you want to bet they try to blame the city cops or sheriff's of S/B for this blatant fuck up(media/landlord) at the apartment? If you say you are the lead agency and are taking things over, you better avoid clusterfu%ks like this and don't try to deflect the blame elsewhere.
